We called to schedule an appt to program an existing Sonos system. We were told it would take a couple hours to complete job. 2 polite technicians arrived, they were in our home for approx 2 hours and we were billed for 8 hours plus they billed us for 2 technicians' travel time. I called and challenged the inflated invoice; it was revised but not without difficulty and we still overpaid for the service provided (programming). I've heard from other homeowners this same overbilling situation. Would not recommend or rehire. read more

I have used Eyehear on two occasions, the first for AV and Sonos install and recently to install and set up our security system. On both occasions the service provided was excellent. Dont use. Prices high and they do not work. Had security system with cameras installed very expensive. When Burgalry caught on tape,it was almost impossible for them to cooperate and download video for sheriff. Technician does not know what he was doing. They would not provide password for system. Claimed it stored 7 days of video but actually only two days. Worse yet, they changed password and now owner can not access it. Zero support read more

Five Stars - As good as it gets!! We recently moved to a home in Bigfork MT that had been pre-wired for alarm and A/V equipment installations by the original builder. After not receiving any call-backs from the previous owner's service provider, I decided to call EyeHear Technology Group in Kalispell MT. I was immediately connected to Russ Vukonich, the General Manager, and an appointment was set for him to visit our home to check out the existing systems. Russ arrived right on time for his appointment and we reviewed the existing A/V and alarm configurations and decided on a course of action to improve what existed. Russ provided a very thorough Scope of Work with related costs. Russ is a gem. Knowledgeable, responsive and with great customer care skills. The techs, Brent, Lehi and Del were also the best. A new entertainment center, surround sound speakers and a security alarm system were installed. As happens often with technology work, a couple of things didn't go right the first time.
