We were told it would take a…read morecouple hours to complete job. 2 polite technicians arrived, they were in our home for approx 2 hours and we were billed for 8 hours plus they billed us for 2 technicians' travel time. I called and challenged the inflated invoice; it was revised but not without difficulty and we still overpaid for the service provided (programming).
