The lady behind the counter had a serious attitude problem which you've probably gathered by the other reviews. She's a miserable soul that has no business working with the public. It's instantly clear that she doesn't just seem to hate her job but also her potential customers. She's quick to tell you that the photography on the walls belongs to her, that she's a real pro, and very busy. She doesn't have time to answer questions about prints and when I asked her what her favorite format to print was... canvas, metal, etc... she informed me that she doesn't give that information away for free and I'd have to take her class. I went to college for photography. I've worked as a photographer. I have 23 years of experience. Who does this lady think she is? Her work is fairly middle of the road and some shots I wouldn't have called 'pro' level at all. My aunt walked in while she was talking at me and gave me a look before turning and walking right back out with a soft, "Okay...." I dropped her business card on one of the tables and left. The business card she didn't even want to give me as she directed me to her website. If you're rude and hostile and don't know how to speak to people you shouldn't be working with the public. I almost wonder if someone (parents, husband, etc) didn't buy her this place as it's hard to imagine she would have gotten much traction in the world with her current attitude. Nasty piece of work. Avoid. You can order prints online and have the shipped to your house from other print studios in the country and that's what I'd suggest.

I emailed them originals and instructions beforehand, then picked up my large (nearly $500) order in person and added something to it on the spot. Throughout the process, they were responsive, professional, skilled, and fair. They spotted something that wouldn't look right when printed and offered to correct it before printing. For my on-the-spot need, they allowed me to work with the artist to get it just right, select the right paper stock, etc. On top of all that, their pricing was lower than other vendors in the area I had contacted, and the way they calculated the price was more than fair. Wow while staying in the Northwestern part of Montana I was needing some copies of some legal…read morepapers and the little town I am staying in doesn't have any place to make copies. Since we do frequent Kalispell I knew I would find a place to get copies so I went on Yelp (duh) and I found this place. Easy to find on the main highway (93) and on a corner with easy in and out parking lot. Once in I was promptly waited on and asked for 3 copies of the 3 legal documents I had and all in all it was 41 copies and it was a whole $2.87. I keep forgetting no sales tax and these were copied and stapled. I almost felt like it should of been a lot more. The gal that waited on me was so pleasant and helpful that I felt like it was awesome just to have found this place. Great service and a great price what more can you ask for? Oh and they have so many other services, faxing, copying, printing etc. I then returned the next week to use their faxing service and it was just as prompt and easy. I'll be back!!
