This woman is so arrogant and rude it's laughable. I walked in while my family was next door as I'd been looking for somewhere to get prints. The lady behind the counter had a serious attitude problem which you've probably gathered by the other reviews. She's a miserable soul that has no business working with the public. It's instantly clear that she doesn't just seem to hate her job but also her potential customers. She's quick to tell you that the photography on the walls belongs to her, that she's a real pro, and very busy. She doesn't have time to answer questions about prints and when I asked her what her favorite format to print was... canvas, metal, etc... she informed me that she doesn't give that information away for free and I'd have to take her class. I went to college for photography. I've worked as a photographer. I have 23 years of experience. Who does this lady think she is? Her work is fairly middle of the road and some shots I wouldn't have called 'pro' level at all. My aunt walked in while she was talking at me and gave me a look before turning and walking right back out with a soft, "Okay...." I dropped her business card on one of the tables and left. The business card she didn't even want to give me as she directed me to her website. If you're rude and hostile and don't know how to speak to people you shouldn't be working with the public. I almost wonder if someone (parents, husband, etc) didn't buy her this place as it's hard to imagine she would have gotten much traction in the world with her current attitude. Nasty piece of work. Avoid. You can order prints online and have the shipped to your house from other print studios in the country and that's what I'd suggest. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Although there was no service provided. By appointment only? Door was locked and when the woman opened the door she acted completely bothered. Turned me away. Oh I'm sorry, I didn't know you didn't want any business. Just ridiculous. Possibly going into business wasn't the right move. read more

Fast and professional. The new owner has a lot of experience in photography so she knew what I needed when it came to printing high-resolution prints. Its also a convenient FedEx drop off location and its right next to Spotted Bear Spirits so an afternoon cocktail is almost always going to happen. read more

The lady who runs this store is beyond RUDE, seemingly hates her job, and appears mad at the world. My husband had two different encounters with her when he had to pick up a FedEx delivery, and then send one out the next day. I had my own brief encounter when all I needed were some FedEx supplies. I will never step foot in that place again, and hope others take heed of other negative reviews - they were written for a reason. The owner needs to find a job she enjoys because this certainly isn't it. I had heard a number of bad reviews about the owner, but I chose to give them a try anyway. Big mistake. I stopped in to FedEx a package to Italy. She immediately got an attitude because it wasn't pre-boxed and pre-labeled(mind you that part of the reason for stopping in was to get a FedEx box. Then she disappeared without a word, apparently to type up a label, but I was left to assume that as she never said anything. I wasn't sure if I was suppose to follow her or not, so I moved close enough to the office in the event she needed me. She let me know her intention shortly thereafter by reprimanding me, yelling at me from her office that I needed to stand behind the counter (take a look at the picture and tell me how I should have known that). A few minutes later she returned to ask a couple of questions. During that time another customer stopped in. In a cold stare she announced "what do you want"........no welcome, no 'how can I help you', no I'll be right with you. I can't imagine what was going through his mind, but I felt really bad for him. She disappeared again. Five minutes later she reappeared only to tell me that I'd have to take it somewhere else. She said said she ran into some issues and had already spent too much time on it. She also shared that the whole FedEx thing wasn't worth her time, that she doesn't even get paid to do that work, and that "it was a big pain in her ass." She wasn't laughing. I asked her where I was supposed to take it to which her response was "I have no idea", maybe (she mentioned a location that was 20 minutes away, but there was no certainty and she didn't offer to look one up). She then told me I should call FedEx and tell them to quit sending people to her. I just turned around and left the building, totally befuddled at what I just experienced. She yelled behind me "hey, I'm trying to help you". I responded, that's ok, I'm good and I continued to leave. She followed me out to my truck to tell me that she didn't like my attitude. Really? Too bad so many businesses have no concept of good customer service anymore. They've forgotten that their success or failure often comes down to the value they place on the customer. Wow! Wondering how these guys are still in business?! Dodges questions repeatedly and then acts put out when you persist. Seems to expect people to walk in and hand over money for services and not inquire as to what they're getting. Actually had the nerve to express that a customer is wasting their time when asking for clarification on what process would be used to print an item. Took my business somewhere else. read more

Cannot agree more with the previous reviews. Never, ever, have I been spoken to so rudely. I was appalled by everything about the owner from the moment I walked through the door. Please don't use this store. The UPS Store by Walgreens and the Postal Annex by Super 1 are great! read more
