I'm not a fan of the Confusing AI virtual assistant, however, if you get in person contact with Customer Service at any store, they usually can get a hold of what's going on and get you rolling for the next day's delivery if something's not on time. If I didn't know better I'd thought I was a bother to all and not a customer. The location is convenient and if that was not the case I can't see why anyone would want to even enter the doors.
