This is the worst moving experience I have ever had! I had a 3 man team of Quintin, Mark and Bill…read more Let me just start of by saying that if I could rate Quintin alone I would give him 4 stars, but for Mark and Bill 0/10 recommend. They showed up on time which I appreciated, but then came to realize that majority of my items were damaged allegedly in transport according to Bill which is questionable because I later discovered that Bill was a liar. Around 3pmish, he decided that he didn't want to help me anymore for whatever reason when my coffee table legs were still missing and I was told that the movers were responsible for helping me assemble all of my furniture so then Bill tells me he's going outside to make a phone call after he made a slick comment telling me to just buy another coffee table. Quintin comes into my apartment saying that he would do the final paperwork with me. A couple moments later I get a call from the manager and he tells me that he was informed that I "refused to sign the paperwork" which is a boldface lie because I never once said anything like that and I let him know that I was in the middle of signing the documents with Quintin. When I realized he made up this lie just for his own personal agenda to go home despite screwing over a single female Air Force member I asked the manager who I could complain to for the poor customer service I received. He asked me what happened so I told him about Mark and Bill's unprofessionalism. Mark had no respect for my home, he used my toilet without asking me (I wouldn't have said no but its's the principle), put his drink in my freezer without asking, sat on my patio furniture texting instead of working and plugged his phone to charge into my outlet as if he pays my electric bill. The manager said he would handle it and I unplugged Mark's phone handed it to him and told him not to ever plug his phone into people's outlets without their permission with no remorse or response for his actions. Quintin was kind enough to actually show some human empathy and left his contact info in the event I find my coffee table legs so he could personally assemble it for me. I have yet to hear what the manager has done to resolve this, but I will ensure no one else has to ever go through what I did today.

Despite my very real, very chaotic, jerky camera work, he was able to see everything clearly, ask the right questions, and quickly understand exactly how much we had, what needed special care, and how many boxes the move would require. He was calm, patient, and incredibly sharp--calling things out in real time, catching details I wouldn't have thought to mention, and making sure nothing was missed. There were no surprises on moving day, which speaks directly to how well Dave did his job on the front end. That video intake set the tone for the entire move. I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with All My Sons Moving Company…read more They arrived three hours late without proper communication. While packing up my old apartment, they broke the living room light fixture and did not fix it or take responsibility. When we arrived at my new place, I was suddenly told I would be charged $1,000 for only eight items. This was never clearly communicated beforehand. I felt like I had no choice but to pay because they were essentially holding my belongings hostage until payment was made. It only got worse from there. When unloading, they told me one of the dressers was "too heavy" and that I would need to unload it and bring everything inside myself because they weren't going to do it. I paid a moving company to move my belongings -- not to do the labor myself. Once everything was inside, I discovered: * My dining room chair was completely broken and unusable * My couch had two holes in it * One of my dressers had a front leg completely snapped off They didn't offer to pay for any of the damage just said they would contact the workers and get back with me. They claimed the dresser was already damaged when they arrived, which is absolutely untrue. I have pictures proving it was not damaged beforehand. I contacted their supervisor as instructed and sent photos. He was no help at all and simply responded with "sorry" while insisting I had been told the pricing -- which I was not. The entire interaction felt dismissive and incredibly unprofessional. This company was late, damaged my property, overcharged me without proper communication, and refused to take accountability. I am highly disappointed and extremely frustrated with how this company is managed. I strongly recommend choosing another moving company.
