Its taken almost two weeks to get a package from Kent, WA to Glenoma WA (About 75 miles). My order was shipped on Sept. 2nd from Kent. That night it left Kent and went to Tacoma. Package left Tacoma on the 3rd and its been sitting at Chehalis ever since. Absolutely rediculous. UPS site has no way to easily contact support other than their useless stupid AI bot plastered on every page of their website (no ability to actually talk to a real person). UPS used to be my first choice now I grumble whenever I see an item of mine is being shipped by UPS. I WOULD GLADLY PAY MORE TO USE LITTTERALLY ANY OTHER SHIPPING COMPANY. out of all the many deliveries from different delivery drivers, some of the ups drivers are the biggest, sloppiest pigs i've ever seen...just dump the packages all over the place like they hate us & hate their jobs! if people didn't order online & have packages delivered to the house you would not have a job! do they even realize this! so disgusted with the many,many deliveries from ups that end up with big black boot prints on the package or just thrown all over the place. damaged, smashed packages. If I have a choice for a delivery service, I will not chose them to deliver. not all the drivers, but the ones that are disrespectful pigs disgust me. read more

Drivers are LAZY. Delivers packages at end of driveway easement, only reason for 2 stars is because Tyler took time to come by & Said there is no reason drivers can't deliver packages to our house. I am so pleased with the delivery service we have received especially during this awful COVID thing and Christmas ordering that i wanted to leave a review about it. The drivers have been very respectful and efficient! I love the way they do not disrupt our life when leaving packages. Just a quiet little tap on the front door as packages are left on porch! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Onalaska, Washington. The Chehalis office Driver for UPS has screwed up my delivery so many times. He says he doesn't like my driveway so instead of driving to my house like everyone else, He throws my package in the ditch or hides it behind a tree 700 feet away from my house. He has permission to place my packages in my neighbor's shop where he also gets UPS deliveries but this driver can't follow simple instructions. He would rather throw my packages in the ditch or keep them for himself. It's funny how my Costco and Harley Davidson packages always disappear, never to be seen again. I ordered a rain suit from Harley Davidson and it was supposed to be delivered a week ago. No package was delivered. Grrrr read more

Over the last few years I've come to dread it when ever I find out I have a package coming by UPS. The main reason is because of the drivers the Chehalis office has driving and delivering for them. There is some issue every time. Today was no different. I knew they were coming so I was ready, not ready enough though seeing as I just got out side to see them drive away. I was less then 5 feet from him yelling and waving as he drove past me and up the hill. As customary with UPS they dropped off my package at the house next door, which I retrieved myself. The other times I've had them send back packages saying it was refused, or leaving it at the end of the driveway for anyone to take. If you have the choice use FEDEX or DHL and avoid UPS, The only bright side was the employee at the office, He was very helpful.. Its just too bad they cant find quality drivers.. read more

UPS used to care about customer service!! Now management just cares about getting money out of customers. My husband was a driver for 29 years, got tired of the way the new bosses were trying to change things. The drivers had a saying UPS does not want to be better anymore, but just like them! The quality of training, and hiring is out the window!! 99 percent of management was never a driver but told the drivers of over twenty years how to do the job. Within 5 years almost all the drivers that had over 25 years retired. Think about that UPS!!! read more

Today I received a text notification that my package was delivered... no package was there. After a phone call I was told the driver handed the package to a man with a dog.. so now I have to wait till tomorrow to see where it was delivered to... I really hate dealing with ups. This is the second time in less than two years that UPS has lost my order! The tracking claims that it was received by the local USPS, but USPS has no record of receiving the package. Last time this happened the package showed up 10 days later, but the UPS driver would not allow it to be delivered (even though we were both looking at the package) because by then the package delivery had been cancelled. So, once again lousy customer service by UPS is the norm. read more

Need to remember the hours for dropping packages off is 3:00 PM. Do not go early!! Other than that am happy with UPS.

Once again, the UPS drivers team seem to think it's ok to leave expensive packages at the bottom of the driveway for all cars to see. This is lazy, and a poor reflection on the UPS Company. Never again will I utilize this means of shipping. Even requesting a signature will only get our package waiting for us somewhere to be picked up. I have a call to Customer Service t tell my story. I received an email that my package was not delivered because "there was no secure place" to leave it. I was home the entire day and did not see OR hear a truck. It was SUPPOSE to be delivered the following day but, again, nothing. I was home all day. There has not been a problem before. Is there a new driver coming to Pe Ell that is sluffing?? read more

I've had excellent treatment by their drivers. First-class workers. I discount one star because the shipping center is 3 miles out of our small town, has lousy parking, chuckholes in the gravel driveway and is only open to ship items for a few hours a day. I was waiting all afternoon and part of the evening for a delivery that required a signature. Email from UPS stated to expect the delivery sometime between 1:15 and 5:15 PM. It had not come by about 7:00 PM so I checked the website for my local UPS facility and discovered that it was only open 3:00 PM-5:30 PM on weekdays. It was later than that on a Friday so figured I would have to wait until Monday afternoon to check on the package and whether it would be delivered or if I would have to drive to the facility to pick it up. I heard the sound of a truck outside shortly after 7:00 PM so I ran out the front door to catch the tail lights of a UPS truck headed away from my house down the road. I turned back toward the house and caught a glimpse of a package laid at the threshold of the door leading from the garage into the house. It was the package I was looking for that required a signature. Glad I got the package delivered but was left wondering why the driver never knocked on my front door to get a signature. In the meantime, I had wasted almost 6 hr. of my day hanging around the house so I could be here to sign for the package. Needless to say, I was not happy. Was the local UPS facility shorthanded today? Did they have a truck breakdown? I have no idea what caused them to be so late but the driver should have knocked on my door to get my signature nonetheless. And UPS needs to have a better system for tracking a package out for delivery to give their customers a better idea of when to expect it's arrival. read more

UPS driver continues to deliver other customer's packages to my address. This has been occurring for almost 4 years now. I continue to remind the driver that he is at the wrong address and needs to pay better attention. Last week, the driver again attempted to deliver another customer's package to my address. He tried to pull the, "I've never delivered in this area," which I called his bull on. I again reminded him of my address and told him that my driveway was not his personal turnabout every time he forgets where to deliver packages. He became extremely combative and even threatened me with violence and said that I would never get a package delivered again by UPS. I had to contact Law Enforcement to get him off of my property. I lodged a complaint with UPS and spoke to the supervisor, who called me a liar and said her driver has never delivered to the wrong address. Lodged another complaint with UPS and also with the Better Business Bureau. So, if your packages aren't getting delivered in the Centralia-Chehalis area, this could be the reason why. I don't know if the driver is blind, lazy, or just incompetent. read more
