I absolutely love our UPS Store workers there all very nice and get there jobs don't correct and efficiently!

Good grief.... I wish this store would maintain some consistency! The last time I was here my experience was terrific. Today not so much. There were three people behind the counter, (two young men, one woman). The young men were standing at the counter chatting with each other and did not offer to help. Once the woman was finished with her customer, she summoned me over. She seemed like she'd rather be anyplace aside from where she was. Sad. read more

They process amazon returns and even though they get busy the wait isn't terribly long. I've always had professional service. I'm grateful they have the amazon kiosk and that I can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. read more

I had to return a product to Amazon, but the box was too heavy for me. It was probably 35 lbs but, being disabled, I wasn't able to carry it from my car into the store. A wonderful young lady named Bree went out of her way to help me. Not only did she carry it from my car, she helped me with such grace and kindness. If I could rate her a "10" I would. Edited review. After writing the below, Brooklyn has not responded to several emails about the claim she was filing. Has proven all the others reviews are accurate. Do not patronize this store. Recently dealt with Brooklyn and Lindsay from this store regarding a very important 2nd day air shipment from my parents, Longview to Orange County CA. Brooklyn did a great job helping out my elderly parents get the package of perishables that need dry ice ready and on the way. Without unnecessary details, UPS made a a coupl e of mistakes in the transit. Brooklyn grabbed hold of the prblem and did the leg work for us to solve things. The past two years, this business has deteriorated badly. There were days that I would drive from my brother's house up north to this business, and they would be closed. I always tried calling to make sure they are open, but they don't EVER answer the phone, and good luck getting a response in by a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes it took days, so if you call because you are worried that you left your keys or dropped something and wanted to know if anyone turned it in, the only way of finding out quickly is if you drive back. They are always understaffed, and I realize that they try to staff, but even with good staffing, call backs are still difficult to get. I think it's time to try someone else that cares about their customers. It gets old leaving messages on answering machines BEGGING for someone to call you when it's dire. read more

I went in with an Amazon return, and my internet wasn't working on my phone. Employee helped me log on to the wifi in the store and walked me through getting what I needed to get my package returned. Very helpful and professional. They were very busy, and of course like every other business I am sure under staff. I did not even get her name but she had great customer service. Most only review when they have a bad experience so I wanted to make sure and highlight the good. read more

I used to come in to this location frequently and ship returns etc very quickly. Since fall of 2021 this store takes at minimum 25 minutes to ship something. Most times longer. If you are on a schedule I suggest finding somewhere else read more

Worst pick up service. Amazon scheduled a pick up service for me to be done today. Close to 2 p.m. the truck arrived, the driver got off, dropped my labels on the front porch and didn't knock on the door nor rang the doorbell, and left. My husband was parking at the time, saw it, and thought they were delivering something. I drove 30 miles to drop the packages. When I told what had happened to the clerk, he said I was supposed to have the packages outside the house. When I showed him the email with instructions from Amazon, and the having the packages outside was not there, he just apologized. read more

I went there to overnight halibut to my son in Texas....the girl behind the counter told me they were not guaranteeing any services, but had not had a problem with the overnight. I asked her several times. She said they had not seen any problems with the overnight service. I paid $279, and a few hours later got a delivery exception! A mechanic delay in Portland. The fish was delivered two days later, ruined. Mechanical delay has nothing to do with COVID-19. I am out enough money to have flown there myself. They made their money and no refunds, due to COVID 19. Scammers. read more

I'm agreeing with the previous persons review on the turnover of the entire staff. A complete turnover was done right before Christmas holiday season. This has been done several times for years now. When our local owner sold this business to the current owner, there has been nothing but problems. I think the owner and manager are the problem! Also when our weather issues hit Longview (snow) this facility closed down/closed early I have a important package with ( time sensitive) just sitting there and now I'm stuck with being unable to contest any issues with this pkg. if other stores can open due to weather this store should also be open. This place does not even deserve 1 star! But i will have to continue to use this store, it's the only store to take care of all my needs. Twice now I've been here during their posted business hours inly to find them closed. For no apparent reason. And there is never any sign to explain why or when they will be open. I live 30 minutes minimum away and that means I've wasted time and gas to drive in. Employees do not know how to do their jobs, I had to show one which barcode to scan on a prepaid package. What is up with this location and their sudden complete turnovers of staff? In the last couple of years, the entire crew here has abruptly changed at least three times. It frustrates me as a customer to build pleasant working relationships with the workers here only to have them all (and I mean ALL) replaced suddenly without warning. Then I watch the new staff learn the ropes and slowly get into their groove... again. Rinse. Repeat. The latest staff turnover happened right before the busy holiday season (!), which does not engender confidence. So far, the current new staff members seem apathetic and lost - a far cry from the previous crew. I weep for the future. read more

Absolutely the worst. I've been using UPS my entire life and this store just can't seem to get their act together. Last time I came in the girl tried to misquote my package twice what it said it would be online and tried to tell me I looked at the wrong rates. I left and went online and did it myself, no problem. Then I try to call to get some information and get put on hold for over 6 minutes, get disconnected, call back and get hung up on, call back again and I'm told I have to continue to hold because there are people in the store and she wasn't the one who hung up on me. At this point I think I'll just take my business elsewhere I guess. They either don't have enough staff or training or just don't give a damn. read more

They seem to be a good postal store, but as a Business Printer, they are not too skilled. Helpful young clerk tried, but failed to print a simple sign properly. Photocopies, etc, they have good machines, but for any print job that requires Hands on, expect to wait and maybe they will get it right. read more

I would of given 0 stars but it would not let me. Terrible "customer service" from this store. They failed to put the apt. on a Christmas package I sent even though it was in their computer as I had sent to this address before. Package missed Christmas. Then when the local UPS warehouse in Cali reached out to me for the needed apt. I provided it and then they still sent the package back. Now my son who is a US Marine has deployed to Guam. Guess i'll hang onto his Christmas package till this summer when I may see him. Then when I asked for a refund of the $43.34 I spent to get the package there by Christmas they said no refund, Covid. Worst "customer service" I have ever received. I will never use this location again for my shipping needs. read more

I have used this ups store for years. There is a staff change and they are very difficult to understand and causing a line hold up. There is no sanitizing at all through this terrible time. I give good feedback when deserved and people are allowed a bad day but 4th time and they really are the worst. Trying to switch for my amazon to go to another hub. read more

I went in on Nov. 28th to return a $100 plus package and poof my package has mysteriously disappeared! I have gone in several times and called to find out where my item is and the manager Jerry kept telling me oh the district manager will call you! Well 3 weeks later... NOTHING and everytime I check in I get nothing but excuses! Very unprofessional and I will get to the bottom of this. I work too hard for my money to let this go!! read more

Not surprising that out of only 4 people, their rating is 3 stars (the 2 five stars are prob buddies of the owner). I live in California and my sister sent me a USPS PRIORITY package on a Wednesday, which is a 2-3 day service. She was told it would be delivered Saturday as it should have since USPS priority is a 2-3 day service. The package arrived on Monday. What do you bet they just did not get the package out in time. And when she called, sorry--you're SOL as we don't guarantee delivery. What???? If she would have mailed it priority via USPS, THEY guarantee delivery. Realize everyone, these are franchises and have NOTHING to do with UPS. They overcharge and give horrible, horrible customer service. I need to find more places to review this business that lies. read more

I came to this UPS store to have some stuff printed. They were very accommodating. Helped me pick out what paper my prints would look best on. After they were printed a few of the women helped me fold the papers which they didn't need to but were so thoughtful to help me. Definitely recommend this store! read more

I was a PMB small business client at this store for 10 years before moving out of state. In the past 3 months, since I terminated my PMB box, I have received the runaround from the manager, Sujong, and Rapina, an employee, regarding the refunding of my $88 balance of funds on account and for refunding the deposits for the 2 front door keys and 2 PMB keys. Despite numerous phone calls, several emails and certified letters requesting that my funds be returned I have only gotten the run around. Supposedly, per both Sujong and Rapina, the UPS Regional Manager is in charge. To date no one is willing to give me the contact information for the Regional Manager to see if I can get my funds returned. I'm still waiting. Prior to Sujong becoming the new manager I have had cordial and professional dealings over the past 10 years with this store.
