Throughout the project, from preparation to completion, Jose communicated with me and sent me photos and videos of the work in progress and, eventually, the repaired and finished roof. We were particularly concerned about the weather-damaged fascia board and soffits, but Jose was able to repair it, and it's solid again. I'm very pleased that he made it right, and that shows....he is an honest man and wants to please his customers. To repair this situation, it took more than power washing, sealant and paint. It needed the sand REPLACED after the power washing washed it away. The labor men were just doing what they were told: power wash, seal and paint. Period. He addressed the areas of rotten wood that needed replacing, sending me photos to inform me of the damage. He also addressed a dryer exhaust pipe that needed anchoring and added a two new vents for better attic ventilation. He subcontracted to address solar panel removal and reinstallation, and also to fashion a new gutter. Diego is very responsive and promptly answered every question or message I gave him.
