We really enjoy our new TimberTech Deck! Richard, Shannon, Juan, and Sam did an outstanding…read morejob...they were very professional and worked with us to ensure our deck was built above our expectations, and worked with us on any little details that other contractors would most likely overlook. They ensured that all transition areas with our driveway and doors were smooth in the event that we need wheelchair access in the future. It was a relatively simple deck project, and Richard provided a very fair estimate...we're certain the appearance and value we received was so much better than other much higher local estimates that were provided...Richard and his crew were able to get us scheduled quickly, and had the project completed in a very timely manner. We are very pleased that they proved their Platinum Pro TimberTech rating! Can't wait to finish our other front yard projects and bring in our patio furniture for many wonderful Happy Hours!

Russ is the most honest contractor I've had the pleasure to work with in the county of SLO. He gave…read moreus an honest estimate and held to it. His employees worked as if they had ownership in the company. Clean, quiet, precision work that was on time. No up sales or surprises. Our awning added beauty comfort and protection from the harsh elements of the central coast. Russ's product looks like something out of a magazine or a high end hotel. We have the capability of full sun to full shade and everything in between. I can't thank shoreline awning & patio enough for their diligent and beautiful work. It's not often you find construction companies with integrity and honesty these days. If you are thinking of building an awning look no further there is only one choice in the central Coast of California.

We had shoreline install some sunroom walls under an existing covered patio. I asked them a couple…read moretimes during the install if it would leak and they assured me it wouldnt. As soon as it rained, water was leaking through the connection between the stucco and the sunroom wall. They said the leaks were because of the existing patio and they couldn't do anything about it . I'll give shoreline this, they tried to help by adding caulking and waterproof painting(not enough), and it helped a little, but I had to add another layer of waterproof paint that encompassed the whole area to really make sure it helped. After a year, the sunroom wall itself (not the stucco) started leaking in a few places. I had to caulk the leaks and still am having issues today. I would give them 2 stars for at least attempting to help, but the amount of stress I had over this made me give them 1 star. I wish they had considered all possibilities before even installing the sunroom walls. I would not use them for sunroom installation.
