I have been going to the blind lady for 20 years ever since I moved into my house. Originally Cindy did my whole house with Blinds, drapes and I even had a comforter made. Since then we have re-done some of the windows. We have a small place down south and I took measurements and then picked out what I wanted and she got everything for me and my husband and I put the coverings up. We had an issue with one of our blinds and the manufacturer replaced it at no cost after 17 years. Recently one of our wands that open blinds broke and the manufacturer is going to replace it at no cost. I just love the service and the people. I highly recommend. read more

Excellent service from beginning to installation. We recently remodeled our home and got a couple of quotes for new window coverings all round. We were impressed with the high quality options, some lower cost, and the service from I'm the Blind Lady. Bonnie knew her products, understood how the various light throughout the day would affect the color of the blinds and the brightness in the rooms. We made a visit to the showroom and found that our options were even greater than we had originally thought. We ended up going with a shutter treatment for patio doors and one room. It's truly lovely and there were able to be installed easily in the existing window and door frames. Bonnie double checked measurement to be sure the shutters were accurate. Disappointing experience with this company. Purchased my own curtains to have tailored and hung in my new home. When they arrived the tailor had ruined my curtains ! I was not able to repurchase as they were not in stock. Yet I was still charged for the other order which was crooked. Basically I don't suggest this company.
