Purchased carpet at a decent price, but the experience of the installer I hired in picking it up…read morewas terrible. He actually said he had never been treated so poorly anywhere before and I believe it based on my own experience in-store. First they tried to give him less than what I ordered and of a USED carpet. After he insisted that it wasn't what I ordered they finally realized that it was the wrong order- so they found the correct carpet and then they were shorting him on the padding. Come to find out, they didn't check how much padding they brought to the store so they didn't have all of the padding. No apology from anyone. I had to leave work and go to the store to resolve this and Andrew, the sales associate couldn't bring himself to apologize. His flippant attitude just made the whole experience worse. No problem solving, basically it's our problem not his. We received a refund for what we were shorted and I have apologized on their behalf to our installer. I'd rather pay more and know that the people I hire are going to be treated with respect and that the company is going to stand by their products pay attention to the details. I won't do business here again.

On a recommendation from a friend, we went into Broadway Carpet and began looking for the right flooring. I must say that of all the local flooring businesses, Broadway was the most attentive in assisting us finding just the right product so we chose them. Then the installation began which involved removing the old prior to putting in the new. Their installation staff was fabulous as it took 8 days to do the demo and the install carefully, repairing issues to get it just perfect prior to laying down the new flooring. We chose a luxury vinyl which turned out absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Broadway Carpet for their customer service, knowledge of product and professional installation.

They were patient with our decision making and so helpful in finding the perfect carpet within our price range. While installing our "abstract" designed carpet, they caught/noticed one of the rolls was not aligned correctly when cut (although we couldn't see it) and they took a financial and time hit to have it recut for us. I went in on a Thursday morning and needed the materials by Monday morning. Kevin assisted me and showed me all the product in what I was looking for (Toughlock Luxury Vinyl Planking). I picked 5 that I liked, and he checked to see which they would be able to get by Friday afternoon. Of the 5, 4 were available and gave me an estimate. I took home samples of those 4, chose one, and called Kevin with my choice. They ordered it, and it arrived on Friday afternoon. There were a few things I was unsure of, so he called my contractor to make sure we were getting the right materials. My contractor picked everything up on Monday morning, and it was perfect. I will definitely use Flooring Liquidators next time I need any flooring and recommend them to my friends. I've included a few pics of my finished floors.

Tommy's team did a beautiful job of placement of differing plank size, color and texture next to each other for an amazing effect.
