Okay so look, 85 dollars for terrible food. My cheese pizza literally looked worse than chuckie cheese pizza. Literally could've thrown it to the ceiling and it would've stuck there. I mean, it's a cheese pizza. How hard is it to make? Soggy as the bay. The burgers we ordered were burnt and dry. No flavor. French fries, dry. We either picked a very bad night or this place is not what people are saying. We sat down, waited 20 mins to even be acknowledged. Ordered 2 beers- they were warm not cold at all. Waited another 10 mins to order and appetizer, which took 48 mins to come out. It was Chesapeake fries. They did come out hot atleast which was surprising. We never saw our waitress during this wait. Our order came almost as soon as our app did. The burger was ice cold and hard. My husband said his tenders were hot. Warm beer, cold burgers and the place is so loud you can't hear the person right next to you. If you want a great yelling match this is the place to come. Crossing it off our list. It was terrible and Btw 1hr and 35 mins in still Waiting on our waitress. No drink refills and no check. So done with this place. No manager to even call since we can't get a waitress. read more

The bottom line is, the service is dreadful. They are pleasant but so obviously overwhelmed. Continuously wait for drinks, for my order to be taken, etc. It's ashane because the menu is quite good. They need to hire more wait staff, or overhaul their logistics.... or both. Those waiters and waitresses aren't coming to work to intentionally suck, and as stated, they are pleasant. So my plea to management: give them the tools and resources to succeed. read more

Food is decent but the bar noise is insane. The DJ has the music up so loud that you can't hear anything and have to scream to speak with your group. Given it several chances and won't return during DJ hours. read more

Down home joint. My buddies and I go here often to catch up. It is a wings and burger joint. The prices are reasonable, the food is good, and staff is always friendly. Lot's of families and local, with a friendly atmosphere. Not unusual to see a soccer team or a birthday party. Biggest complaint is the noise. Probably the loudest restaurant I've ever been to. Half of this place is a bar, and half is table service, and no matter where you sit, it is almost impossible to talk at a normal level. They used to have a wall between the spaces and they took it our some years back. read more

Poor service, as the previous post noted, just ignored. Had a basic BLT, bread was not toasted but was hard, could only eat the middle. After changing the menu and getting new staff I enjoy going here. I live within walking distance so it's great for going to watch sports and have some good "bar food". Prices aren't outrageous either. Food is tasty and you get good sized portions. My favorite things there are the swimming potatoes skins and honey old bay boneless wings. Only issue I have had thatany wouldn't mind is they are heavy handed with the alcohol when making drinks, I am a lightweight and don't like to taste the liquor in my drinks. But overall a pretty decent spot to hang out and grab a bite to eat. read more

Really not a fan of this place, and Iv given it multiple chances. First for the food. The Ruben leaves something to be desired; not great flavor and the meat is very low quality. Their burgers are the most bland burgers Iv ever had, zero seasoning. The crab dip is okay, but for dipping they serve it with a toasted cut up sub roll. Their appetizer plates are styrofoam plates, really great to have the hot crab dip melt right through the plate... yummy, melted styrofoam and crab dip. They up-charge for everything, you can get a pound of wings and they give maybe an ounce worth of ranch. And will charge you .75 for each additional one. Everything is a little overpriced. Not the best business to nickel and dime customers. I get it's a sports bar, but is it really necessary to keep the tv volume so loud everyone has to be screaming when there's only a couple of people even in the place. This is our go to neighborhood bar! The food is awesome bar food. Ask for the wings extra crispy. Combo sauces are delicious. Try honey- old bay, hot -honey mustard or garlic-hot. Lots of TVs to watch sports. Staff is friendly and fun. If they aren't busy, the owners and servers will chat and ask how things are going. Cold beer, good food, what more can you ask for? We will always go back to Upper Deck. read more

I have seen so many positive marketing efforts from this place, I was expecting more than the same old dive it used to be. Unfortunately, it is the same old dive it used to be. (Seriously, duct tape covering up tears in the linoleum flooring underneath our table???) The waitress was very attentive. The food was just okay. I ordered a Reuben sandwich. Strangely enough, with all of their sandwich and burger choices, you are required to pay $2.95 EXTRA for a side of french fries. REALLLLLY? Seasoned fries are $3.95 EXTRA. The Reuben itself was $6.95. The corned beef on the Reuben was not like anything I have ever seen. Strange 1 inch squares of chopped corned beef falling out of the sandwich. Like scrabble pieces or something. Very odd. (It didn't taste bad; it was just, well, odd!) The $2.95 french fries were barely warm/stale and unsalted. (I suppose one must pay an extra $3.95 for 'seasoned' fries.) (And the portion of french fries was laughable for an extra $2.95???? For real?????)The restaurant was not busy at all when we visited, but our food took quite some time and there is really no excuse for stale $3.00 french fries. First time here tonight since new owners took over. The cheeseburger was perfect and the staff were great! I will be back again!

Waited two hours for a wrong order. Decided to go to this establishment with a few friends on a Saturday evening for dinner. This is an admittedly busy time, however, the staff were very rude and unprofessional throughout the approximately two and a half to three hours we were kept waiting here total. Our evening started out with an entire fiasco over an alcoholic drink menu. Our waitress pointed out a drink menu for alcoholic beverages as we were ordering drinks. A nice commodity, right? It would be nice if the alcoholic beverages in question were listed on this "menu." We swapped menus with another unoccupied table, and found that both only had listings for your average appetizers, entrees, and desserts. We pointed this out to our waitress, who became very rude and unaccommodating, abandoning our table entirely to speak with her (alleged) manager, who then waited on us for the rest of the night. She greeted us with a "did y'all blaze a bowl before you got here?" She then carded all of us, even those of us who were not drinking, and took our order. We waited for another two hours, only for two out of the six of us (who ordered the same food, mind you) to receive two entirely different orders that none of us ordered. Correcting the mistake took another twenty to thirty minutes. If you thought the billing experience would be different, you thought wrong. It took about ten to fifteen minutes just for our waitress to come back to our table and straighten out who ordered what. She went back for another ten minutes and brought us our checks, then walked away before we could give her our cards. After another fifteen to twenty minutes of waiting, we got fed up with it all and walked up to the register and demanded our checks, where we found our waitress and other staff engaged in non-work related conversation. Everyone who I went with, along with myself, are outraged and encourage others to avoid this establishment. Clearly, your business isn't important to them. read more

Fine if you want to drink a beer or two with a couple of friends but that is about it. If you smoke, you will feel right at home. Workers take smoke breaks by the door, which is under a covered area - big turn off for a non-smoker as you get a face full of smoke just walking in and out. Patio would have been nice to use, but it was dirty & had full ashtrays all around. Waitress didn't know what beers were available - on tap & in bottles. Had to ask & it took a long time - which shouldn't have since they weren't busy at all. Ordered cheesy fries with bacon & ranch dressing. Fries tasted like store bought frozen fries, kinda mushy & tasted like styrofoam. The cheese had solidified. Was charged for the ranch dressing & had to request two ranch dressings since the one provided was such a small serving. This place has potential but I'm not quite sure how they are in business - very empty on a Friday happy hour/early evening. Probably won't return anytime soon, if at all. read more
