The attitude of the people in the store was uncompromising even though they had not repaired it. They dictated to me that I would have to purchase a new screen rather than their fixing it as they were supposed to do. They told me the owner would have to be called, and he was not available on the weekends. They were adamant! A second employee came out and told me I had to leave because they would not repair it as had been paid for. In addition, I had called them earlier before driving way over to their store which is most difficult to find parking, etc. They do not stand behind their work. Perhaps they know how to do cell-phone repair, but they are completely inadequate when it comes to repairing computers or changing screens. I feel this store is a scam, at least for computers. They DO NOT stand behind their work. MY ADVICE - BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
