Since I had left the hospital thinking they would keep her overnight, the hospital recommended that AMR give her a lift home. They provided no services except for the approximate 8-mile ride home. The total bill for that lift home cost us around $2,000! I was livid when I saw the bill. Be aware! If you can get yourself to or from the hospital safely, do it Do not take a ride from this company! I can't even imagine their charges if they had actually provided oxygen or anything else for a real emergency! Never again!

He had the guts to call Dmc and tell him the patient is refusing all IVs wouldn't you refuse the way this EMT treats you horrific grabs your arm in a bad manner and stabs you with the needle to stick an IV and leaves you with a bruise arm , yes and I have pictures to prove it. It's very bad. I tried to tell him you cannot put an IV on my left arm. It would collapse. Nobody would listen to me. He didn't want to hear it. This is the worst ambulance service ever it if I can give them 0 stars rating that's what they should get.
