It was my husband that was surprised to see an UNTUCKit store for the first time so I was intrigued because I've never heard of this brand before. Walked in the store and noticed how nice the clothing was. I was impressed with a pair of pants that was on the mannequin that I had to try them on. Surprisingly they had my exact size which back home is hard to find. All three sales persons were extremely helpful. Rather than trying out a specific shirt, they pointed out that they have sample sizes making it easier to pick and choose a certain color or print. Me and my other half tried on several pieces, and thought we'd return after walking the Promenade and purchase prior to leaving the mall. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE. AND THIS COMPANY. They really do it right! I have been shopping there for years and have about 12 of their pieces. Because they specialize in shirts I never paid that much attention to their other products until I tried The Traveler Pant; it's literally the lightest pant I've ever seen, hence the name traveler I guess, but I also have the 5 Pocket as well. I literally just got 5 pairs within the last 2 weeks. Customer service is outstanding but most of all I really like the options to fit a variety of body types, just look at their website. The Men's Wearhouse tagline is 'You're gonna like the way you look', but with Untuckit, you're gonna love the way you look. Also, the staff is always great at the store - I've been working with Daniel lately. If you've never bought anything from them I would definitely suggest starting with The Performance Line shirts. They have a great fit and the little stretch they put into the fabric sets them apart (on top of the obvious shorter hem). Quick cold water wash, pull them out of the machine and hang dry for like 20 minutes and you're good to go. Otherwise, expensive valet service was offered, various City public parking structures around town, and hardly any street parking - good luck! ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE Located on Level 2, this bright simple wide boxy store with nicely-kept display tables, floor racks, wall racks, four-ways, etc. (reminded me of my days at The Gap), this store was incredibly clean, polished, well-stocked, and spaced-out well. I have seen advertisements for Untuckit in social media Shirts are nice quality and great fit. The story of these shirts is they are cut so you don't to tuck them and you dont have the unslightly long tail front and back. Lots of choices of casual to dress shirts, for winter they feature flannel shirts. The shirt prices I saw were around $99.00 and up so make sure you select a shirt you really want. Brooks brothers + Tommy Bahama but made for millennials! I love this concept, super simple fittings (slim / regular + S/M/L) & super great quality on simple designs. Once you nail your size, everything you pick looks good without painstaking sorting through neck and sleeve lengths. The shirts look FANTASTIC, the team is super attentive and the prices approximate what you'd pay for nice shirts! I think the regular length is slightly short for concealed carry if you strap appendix but they'll look great whenever you're casually going untucked. read more

My anniversary was coming up and my husband is a huge fan of Untuckit and Yankees. However the store did not have the Yankee tab shirt so Andy was sweet enough to place a phone order for me with the NYC store. Andy has the best personality and assured me that the order will be delivered within 2 business day. However, the package never arrived so I called the NYC store and was surprised of the customer service I received from them compared to the level of service I received from Andy. They stated yes the shirt was still there after a week went by but it's not their fault since the shipping company will not pick it up. How the heck am I going to get this - it's over 3,000 miles away!!!! ARGH!!! After hearing such abrupt answer I immediate called the Santa Monica Store and seeked out Andy and he called NYC store and got me a promise my package will arrive on our anniversary date because they will walk the package to the shipping company (around the corner) with an overnight delivery. Unbelievably unprofessional and unresponsive company. I first ordered 3 items online because I was given a giftcard. They cancelled part of my order and only refunded my gift card (kept the charge on my credit card) without allowing me to choose how to refund the order. They wouldn't even let me cancel the full order. Which is incredibly annoying and felt like a scam because we all know that you can't use 100% of a giftcard, you either go a little under or you pay a little extra to go over. I emailed them a bunch saying I want a full refund, not just the giftcard, but they repeatedly say they can't do anything and noone can help me. So then I receive the one item that I paid for with my credit card in the mail. At this point I hate this company and want to be done with them, so I PHYSICALLY go to this UNTUCKIT store to return the shirt. I arrive 30 minutes after it is scheduled to open, and it's closed, so I leave frustrated. I called a couple hours later and the employee answers, giggles, and says she got in a little late today. Okay, whatever, everyone has those days. I go back to the store to return the item and everything seems fine. Lo and behold, I check my credit card statement for the refund, and they didn't refund me the whole amount. I paid $41 and they only refunded my $34. So I paid them $7 for absolutely nothing. I am incredibly pissed that they are stealing my money (it's not breaking the bank, but it's principle) and not responding to my inquiries. Unbelievably unprofessional and pretty sure illegal. I urge you never to shop with this company because they scam you - if anything fishy shows up with your bill, it will not be fixed and they'll take your money. read more

I drove down from Simi Valley to check out the store and spend some time in Santa Monica. The selection and service were very under whelming. I checked multiple items and they had nothing in my size.
