I had a very disappointing experience with this dance studio. My daughter attended for about two weeks, and it quickly became clear that it was not the right fit for her. The commute alone was extremely difficult--about an hour during rush hour traffic--which made getting to class very stressful. When my daughter told me she no longer wanted to continue, I contacted the studio hoping we could come to some kind of reasonable agreement since she had only been enrolled for two weeks. Instead, I was told I was required to give 30 days notice. What was frustrating is that I do not recall signing or even receiving the studio's policies beforehand. In fact, the policies were not sent to me until February 6th, after I had already emailed them on February 2nd about canceling. The most upsetting part of the experience happened during my daughter's last class. She asked what time the class was going to end, and the instructor/director sarcastically told her "bye." My daughter is seven years old, and she came out of the class crying because she felt embarrassed and hurt. No child should be spoken to that way by an adult, especially in a children's activity where kids are supposed to feel supported and encouraged. I understand that studios have policies, but there should also be transparency and some level of understanding when a child has only attended for a short time. Between the lack of clear communication about policies and the way my daughter was treated, this experience was extremely disappointing. read more

Came here to try a class for my toddler. They have some for younger kids. My kid tried gymnastics and he enjoyed it. When you arrive you text and wait for someone to open the door. There is free parking. For the free trial class they offer a discount if you enroll within 24 hour in a step down approach with less of a discount as time passes. Work with this studio at your own risk. The studio itself is nice but the owner is extremely difficult to work with. I left some items while practicing at the studio, and reached out to the owner, Laura, to see if anyone found it. They responded immediately and told me they would let me know if anyone saw anything. After this, I reached out for an update each day for 7 days and they effectively ghosted me. I was extremely worried and attempted to contact them over text, email, and DM, seeing as they would not respond to me anywhere and confirm that they had found my items. Because this was an extremely frustrating situation with no resolution from the owner, I left a Google review at the time that this happened, at which point the owner contacted not me, but my coach, and made it extremely clear that they would neither return my items, nor confirm that they even found them, unless I took down my review. Despite making it very clear that these items were important to me and I simply wanted confirmation that they were safe, the owner instead withheld that information and withheld my things from me until I took down an honest review of her business. The studio is not a bad location to dance, but do so at your own risk as the owner does not care about the people who come to their studio, does not communicate, and will go to any length (except being a better business owner) to keep her image. read more

My daughter had fun at this place's gymnastics every Tuesday but when it came down to my wife calling them during business hours to cancel my daughter's classes no one ever answered the phone and when they did it was at the end of the month which they told us we have to give a 30 day notice through email for cancellation. My daughter has come so far at @untouchable.dance.studio. I can't believe she started at 3 years old, and now at 8, she's memorizing multiple 8 counts and performing in front of hundreds of people. Upset is an understatement at this point. This place has no communication to start off. They don't communicate anything correctly. But I am upset because I paid for my daughter to be part of their gala show 12/14/2024 and she was forgotten back stage! I had family and friends there that witnessed how she was just forgotten. It wasn't until I got up from my front row seat in the middle of the show to ask where was my daughter.I didn't get an apology or anything. This was so Unprofessional. read more

This studio is absolutely fantastic! I have been attending salsa classes once a week for about 3 months and have noticed such an improvement from my first week to now. Laura and Marcos are amazing instructors, so professional, patient and know how to make the class fun! It can be intimidating dancing in front of others, but they make you feel so comfortable and more importantly, make you feel confident. I love this dance studio and Laura, the instructor! I wanted to try a salsa class but was hesitant because I was nervous. But Lauren is so sweet and makes you so comfortable. I took the "on ramp" intro to Salsa class where you learn the basic steps including Cumbia and merengue. She really breaks it down for you. Our whole family came out to see my granddaughter perform at this very bad establishment. You didn't need to be the fire chief to see that we were all smashed in a room that was over capacity. As I sat there, I tried to notice any other exits in case of a fire. Totally unsafe. At $10 a seat this shows it's all about the money and not the performances or the integrity of this business. The elevator was not working and we had to see a lady in a wheelchair being taken down the stairs by six gentlemen. This business owner/dance performer did not consider how a family member sitting way in the back could not see anything because others were standing while video taping. I was one of them. Not to mention the first performers who were the two year olds. I couldn't see a thing. As for this business owner/dance performer trying to take all the limelight, she was an embarrassment. Between promoting and speaking too much in between performances and giving herself praise, she did the dance routines in some of the performances right in front, again, where we can only see her give her all and do her high kicks. Ridiculous. My kids did dance as children and I never experienced any of this at all. Not to mention for what I paid monthly for two girls and five dance lessons a week, we got our costumes with our payment and they performed in a real theatre because the business owner made sure we could see our children's hard work and not hers. I've gone to several lessons by Laura Luu, the only reason I stopped is because I moved farther away from Los Angeles. I have nothing but great things to say about Laura. Laura is certainly one of the more patient instructors out there. If you do not understand the moves, she will break it down again for you. She will step aside and go over something more confusing. Best part is, if you are a thick headed dope with two left feet, she won't get frustrated with you. Which makes all the difference. She can convince you that you can dance. My niece performed this pass Saturday. The place was too small for all the people who were there to see their kids. I think it was over populated. It was too hot and the people running it were not organized. The dance teacher was a joke cause it was all about her. She was the only dance teacher that performed in front of the kids. I couldn't even see my niece cause she was in the way doing her big kicks. Don't waste your money. Go to the parks and recreations where you can get the same thing for cheaper. read more

My granddaughter was performing at this so called dance studio. We were sitting in an overly crowded one room dance studio. They took almost an hour to seat everyone so we were stuck sitting in this hot room until they turned on the AC right before the performance. When the performance started, even sitting in the middle we couldn't see the little ones. Then the dance teacher kept performing in front of the kids. She also spoke too much to promote and she had another MC who also spoke too much. They had treats out which were supposed to be for everyone after the show. By the time we left, they were already all gone. You can obviously see that there wasn't enough for everyone who attended. Once my granddaughter performed we had to leave, and that's when we saw a lady in a wheelchair being taken down the stairs by about six men. So I guess their elevator wasn't working. For $10 ticket we were there for my granddaughter but it was an awful place and this owner doesn't care about the reputation of her business. It's all about money and her ego. read more

Horrible, the dance teacher wants to take the spot light when its for the kids time to shine and show the parents want they learned. On top of that she wants to charge $10.00 per sit to watch your child and the sitting is bad and when you walked in all you felt was hot air. Terrible i should of called the fire department and on top of that the elevator wasn't working and 6 men had to carry a lady down in her wheel chair. How could she be proud of her dance studio, and putting her students down saying they didn't want to work that hard. Shame on her. read more

Just moved to the area and looking for a new dance studio for my girls, I have a disability and need a elevator, she didn't even address that issue, must not be important to her. I thought it was perfect because it was close to home, but after reading the reviews, I won't be going there. Owner seems like she is all about the money, how do you charge parents to see there own child perform. When I called they were not nice.
