But Uno's killer body workout is so much fun, I hardly even realize I'm doing a workout! Not only do we learn dance moves, but she also trains us in better posture and is an exceptional motivator! I've gained so much confidence in my body since coming here! I also sign up for her kpop adult dance class, where she teaches us the full choreography of a song and lets us dress up as a pop-star group at the end of learning the full choreography! Each year she gives us an opportunity to attend extra rehearsals and perform on stage. These are optional performances, and those of us that request to perform put in extra time and effort to make it special and put a good show! She fosters such a kind and supportive community and everyone in the class has been so friendly and welcoming!
