I love this studio. There are so many levels taught here. I mainly took the hiphop beginner classes here and I recommend Diana Lim. Snow globe also has a competitive team which is super cool and I love watching them. They sell dance videos for $2 and they are super high quality. The space is kept nice and clean and staff is incredibly friendly. If you want to be a part of the dance community definitely come here. Ig @_athenaethreals

DANCERS IN THE OC/LA AREA!!! If you're looking for a place to train- you just need to see with some Snowglobe Perspective. CHOREOGRAPHERS/CLASSES : Every single one of the instructors here has something valuable to teach their students. There are 3 classes Mon-Fri, and on the weekends as well, so you can literally train any day of the week. Sometimes, the studio hosts workshops held by outside organizations (ex: n the past, Weekend Warriors, in the future: Team Millennia Summer Intensive, etc.), but other than that, their set weekly schedule is already super stacked. Choreographers are all experienced, talented, and versatile. In the month or so that I've been taking classes there, I've learned how to be more controlled, loose, to work on my footwork, be more fierce, dance in HEELS, and more!!! STUDIO: Parking- All of the businesses in that area close before classes start, so there is always plenty of parking. Dance Floor- THE BIGGEST dance floor I've EVER seen. Seriously. The ballroom studio (and there's a private studio too), is immense; pictures do not do it justice. No matter how many students there are, it never feels crowded, and the floor itself is so smooth and easy to dance on. And there are mirrors on 2 sides of the walls! Chillin'- The lounge area has couches and a table, perfect if you're hanging out before/after class. You can even study or eat there. There's a microwave and a fridge if you have food to store/heat up, too. And you can buy water for $1. STAFF: Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. It can be intimidating to try out a new studio, but Isaiah and his staff are the most down to earth people! I especially love Clay and Jasmine, who can brighten anyone's day. SOCIAL MEDIA: I appreciate that they are so consistent with their class flyers. There are always going to be subs for any studio, but Snowglobe stays communicative with their daily updates. And all of their substitute choreographers deliver just as strongly as their regular teachers. They post on Instagram and Facebook, and the choreographers advertise their classes as well, so if you're following @watchsnowglobe, or any of your favorite teachers, you can't miss it. MERCHANDISE: The new Snowglobe shirts are ADORABLE! I have both the black and white ones. They're usually $20, but this month (June), there's a promotion where you can get the shirt for $10 if you take all 3 classes in 1 day. So, for $40 you get 3 classes and a shirt! They also still have their old black & blue Snowglobe shirts, which sell for $15 regularly. OH!! I almost forgot to mention. Isaiah is a videographer, so he records all of the classes (groups/solos) and posts them on YouTube a few days after the class. It's cool to watch how you did (in SUPER HD QUALITY), or even share some clips with your friends (if you killed it ;D) In all, Snowglobe is just a fun and supportive environment. GO TRAIN!!! CHOO CHOOOO

The deal only lasts for the month of May so come get your training on!

A great place for community dancers of all ages! Drop ins are $12 a class! BUT come catch the deal ONLY for the month of May: Take ALL 3 classes for just $25! All classes must be taken on the same day as well. If you're looking for a great spot to become a better dancer, this is the place :) the staff is super friendly and the studio is huge. There's also plenty of parking but beware of the dim lighting of the streets!

being a part of the dance community, I can say this place gave me so much memories reconnecting and bonding with new/old dancers. I'm always bumping into someone I haven't seen in awhile! friendly atmosphere, really great studio space when there's a full class, and amazing choreographers. the choreographers breakdown their choreography so well for their students. this is a great place to train when you are feeling inspired. the class prices are very cheap, they have really great package deals as well. being a part of the Orange County & Los Angeles dance community they are two different styles, this dance studio have instructors from both dance communities so it gives me that even line. they have master classes from really great choreographers from all over the world! the atmosphere is very friendly, they even have a ping pong table and a living room with a couch. all in all, this place is amazing to learn new styles of choreography, to bond and meet new people from the dance community, and most importantly.. to have fun!

    Just massive !!!beauty!!

look no further, this is it for R&B. I took the R&B class here for months and it was pure fire. I…read morewould take a two hour drive all the way from Malibu to get here, the only conflict recently is that I now work closing hours . As a dude that is whiter then sour cream and can't dance to anything this helped me become a much better dancer. I wanted to try R&B since I have found it fascinating on social media the attention it gets and it's a great way to impress the ladies without saying a word. It's like a combination of slow hip hop and breakdancing. It feels daunting in the beginning but Rey walks you through all the steps and explains the technique behind each individual complex move. He takes a move that looks impossible to do and he makes it possible to do for an average guy like me. I would without a doubt call Alejandro Rey the Royce Gracie of R&B since he truly has a deep love for the music and you can clearly see that through his teaching. He doesn't only instruct but he travels and performs R&B consistently around the country so there is no better teacher you could ask for since he is always sharpening his skills. Never had a mundane class, each one is unique and you will always learn something new to add onto your dance tool belt. One thing I like about Rey is that he will change a move on the spot to fit the music. You will learn a complex R&B routine and if one detail is off or can be made better Rey will throw in some really cool move so there is no wasted space in the song. Also you will see professional R&B dancers taking the class with you. It's kind of a trip because you will see these guys on tiktok or instagram weeks prior and on a Wednesday night they're right next to you in class learning from the best. R&B also bleeds into other areas of dance and builds confidence within yourself because it's not easy to perform in front of others. When you consistently show up you get consistently better and slowly you consistently becoming more confident with yourself since you are doing stuff you never thought you would be able to do. For me that was the most important aspect since I started talking to people (ladies) that I was too shy to talk to before. Also I know that I can do a dance most guys have a hard time doing but Rey was able to guide me through the weeds of it. Lastly Rey has couple R&B which is the perfect date. Take your lady here and the car ride home will be much different.

We signed up our daughter for Monday night beginners folklorico through the city. Classes were great. Good instructor. Repetitive and age appropriate. The business is FULL OF HIDDEN FEES. The registration is 40 dollars. Okay, great! Right? We show up and they say it'll be another 160 for shoes, skirt, undershorts and hair net. Red flag, but fine. We paid it. Then for the performance they say we need a DIFFERENT SKIRT- which apparently they also charged for. I would not know because it was not communicated to me that the girls need to match. I asked what type of dress would be needed and where to purchase. They said olvera street for about 200. Okay, my daughter is invested so fine. No biggie. We show up to performance and EVERYONE ELSE HAD MATCHING SKIRTS. It was NEVER communicated to me. So my daughter performed in a different outfit. They charged us for a studio danza shirt and another white shirt. There are SO MANY HIDDEN FEES AND RED FLAGS ABOUT THIS PLACE! Small space for a lot of children and families. Many parents find themselves sitting on the floor. Luisa is nice and the instructor is great, but I think the whole thing is shady. I will not be returning to this studio. If you can find another place to do Folklorico- do it. I don't mean to be so direct and mean, but I want to help other families not make the same mistakes I did.
