Vibes dance studio is one of the best dance studio I ever been to. The studio is clean and has a awesome background which is perfect to film dance video. Highly recommend Jazz class from Chelsy. She is a wonderful dancer who has patience to teach you step by step again and again.

Came in for the foundational hip hop, instead the instructor Han teaches Choreography. Didnt learn anything useful.

It is hard to find Iyengar teachers outside of 2 or 3 studios in LA, so coming upon this place that is completely dedicated to Iyengar was like finding a buried treasure. The space is so inviting, there is just something about it that is so welcoming. Dora the owner is an amazing teacher, and person. When my partner and I went to our first class she was truly happy to meet us and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I have been an on off practitioner of Iyengar yoga for over 20 years and can also fully advocate for Dora's style of yoga and teaching. I started back up after Covid at the in person classes (as I need the motivation and discipline of a classroom), online is also available. The classes are a mixture covering all abilities and also beginners, whether you want a real work out or something more restorative. Their classes are suitable for all levels. They pay attention to everyone's form, will provide corrections and assistance throughout the class, which helps prevent injuries. The exercises are well instructed and paced, so you never feel rushed, and they offer modification for those who need them. Emma and Sally can speak Mandarin and English which is very helpful for non-English speakers and vice versa. I enjoy every session and always feel great after class. Side note- there is ample parking available and the studio provides mat if you do not have one.

First time trying aerial hoop through ClassPass!…read more I've always wanted to try an Aerial Hoop class and was surprised to find one so close in SGV. I also tried their Mat Pilates class, but prefer the Aerial Hoop class. Both classes I attended had 4 students which made it great for beginners and those interested in learning Aerial Hoop or Mat Pilates. Mat Pilates with Emma was a calm, casual paced class without music that improves concentration in certain muscles of our body. Some stretches and movements are more challenging than you'd think. Aerial Hoop with Stephanie was challenging and really tested my strength and flexibility. The class had 3 hoops, some were higher and some had a thicker bar. The class started off with stretches before we learned aerial moves on the hoop. The other students already had experience, so they practiced more advanced moves. At the end of the class, everyone performed the entire routine we learned along with music. Each student brought out their tripod to film their movements. Another student helped record mine. By the end of the class, I didn't realize I got a blister on my hand until I got home. Time to do more bar exercises after it heals! Some random things to note: The parking lot is convenient and doesn't seem to get busy. Shoes are taken off and stored in the cabinet to the right of the entrance. It's recommended to bring grip socks for all classes. Yoga mats are available, but feel free to bring your own. Both instructors were kind, encouraging, and corrected our form. I enjoyed the smaller classes and would highly recommend, especially for beginners!

I attended while they were in their transition period. However, I believe their foundation and class format is same. I did pretty much all the classes as a regular with Kayla- yoga flows, sculpts, hot yogas, sound baths, and the musical meditations where they bring in live performers to play instruments, Kayla singing! The community is fabulous. I felt comfortable and welcomed by Kayla, the owner. I love all her classes. She does the best guided meditations. Music is also fantastic and instrumental which is projected from a speaker and travels through the room great. Music and guided meditation transitions are fabulous! During the cooldown, you are delivered cool towels to put on your face or wherever on your body. Experience- From going through very stressful times, this yoga studio was my place to escape and I left every class more healed, and positive. It was a drive to get here from my location but worth it. I can't find any yoga studio like this. They are one of a kind. It's family oriented, friendly, welcoming, small-medium sized. Every time I came I was greeted by the coolest girl at the front desk- I think her name is Jordan, J name like me! She was helping out with the studio:) (Sorry we lost in touch, reach out to me if you ever see this to get some coffee! I looked out for you many times at the desk/ yoga classes but never saw you again!) Setting- The studio had a dojo, oasis feel to it. When you enter the most commonly used room, there is usually candle lights on the floor and beautiful projector lights like speckled stars on the ceiling. I love it. I LOVE the steam room. I could stay there for hours. Hygiene is on point. 100/100 recommend. I miss this studio and wish to come back though I'm not in the area long enough. The classes and coming to them helped me go through a low point in my life. I thanked myself every time I came.

I've been a long time member of Corepower so I've had my fair share of hot yoga, and it makes me appreciate the way that hot 8 operates - they have multiple types of classes - I tried Strength, Yin, Sculpt, and they're all fantastic. The membership feels so worth it because of the variety of classes and the multiple rooms/times available. I will definitely be returning. Shout out to the front desk staff - they helped me solve issues with my booking process (my fault) and were so kind/patient when exposing the different classes to me. Oh and shoutout to Allison Chiang - the Strength instructor. She brought the energy and spent time on form correction. So key! Finally - there's free parking with validation in the building! Makes it so easy to commit to the practice.

My favorite class at the moment is Yin, which is a restorative deep fascia release class. (I've had some injuries unrelated to yoga, so I need something more restorative.) Prior to my injury I was taking the Barre classes for 5 to 7 days a week and it changed my life for the best. I am very much looking forward to taking the new Strength classes once I'm feeling up for it. I recommend Mia and Damara for Barre. I recommend Jaz, Shanai (who is also an excellent barre teacher too), and Rachel for Yin. Jaz teaches extra special Yin class with tennis balls that help students stretch into their fascia even more deeply, and is better than any massage I've ever had! With my injury, I'm not sure that I would have continued with my annual executive membership if Jaz were not teaching Yin. Her classes have been a godsend. Even when I'm healed I will continue taking her classes! All the teachers are quite good; I just have my favorites based on personality and instruction style. You are sure to find someone who will exceed your needs! The three reasons that I decided not to give the studio five stars are: 1. they've been running out of the towels that I get with my particular membership. 2. there are some rude students who interrupt important times of instruction, especially the Shavasana, which is critical to closing out a successful yoga practice. 3. The showers can sometimes be a little slimy, which is pretty gross. This was not the case when I first started taking classes almost 2 years ago.

Nothing beats the intelligence of the Iyengar system, imho! I will say that Paul has a unique way of balancing his precise knowledge with a very spacious accommodation, which is TRULY the art of an engaged teacher. However, there are other instructors here (I won't name names) that unfortunately trigger my sympathetic nervous system with their tone, and overuse of the word "should." As much as I try to get past this, my breath and body just become tight, and I don't move as freely with overly managed instruction. Yoga House could be one of the last studios on the Eastside that uphold the integrity of a yogic learning environment. As a yogi of 25 years, and an instructor myself, I recommend the Iyengar classes to anyone working to heal injuries and those who want to deepen their practice. It's not a miracle, but a more serious approach to yoga can be transformative, on many levels.

I recently attended the class for people with mobility challenges, led by the incredible Peggy, and it was truly a transformative experience. As someone living with Lupus and Muscular Dystrophy, finding a movement space where I feel safe, seen, and supported has been a long journey. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed--not just by the staff, but by the beautiful community that gathers here. There's a genuine warmth in the room that you can feel, and Peggy's presence and guidance made all the difference. She was patient, attentive, and so compassionate, offering helpful adjustments and making sure each student felt comfortable and included. The studio is clean, calm, and absolutely beautiful. They offer plenty of props to support your practice, and the meditation beginning and at the end of class was the perfect way to wind down and reconnect with myself. It's rare to find a space that honors both your limitations and your potential--but Pasadena Yoga House does just that. If you're looking for a welcoming, inclusive, and healing space to move, breathe, and just be--you've found it. I wholeheartedly recommend this studio to anyone, especially those with mobility challenges or chronic conditions. I left feeling lighter, supported, and truly at home.
