I had the BBQ Frito pie, with point brisket and I thought it was very good. The sweetness of the BBQ sauce, with fatty brisket, cheese, and the saltiness of the Fritos pleased my palette. The beans included in the Frito pie were average at best. It would be better without the beans. I, also had the onion rings and had the opinion on the size of the rings. I went last week for lunch and got my usual, sliced brisket and pulled pork. Both were incredible, but the pork was AMAZING, something that usually doesn't impress me. I can get a butt nice and juicy, but NOTHING like Luke's!!! Not sure if they brine, inject, or what they do?? The meat is soaked with delicious juices and you can tell that it's inside, not just added if that makes sense.
