That call never came. I understand that small businesses get busy. What's not acceptable is telling a customer multiple times that you'll follow up and then not doing so. I called Urgent at 11 yesterday morning and the locksmith (Ryan) was at my house an hour later. After his arrival, I decided to switch out the deadbolt & add keyless entry. RUN THE OTHER WAY…read more Moved into a new build and called this company for a rekey. They got the rekeys done, but didn't tell me that two of the doors they rekeyed had faulty door handles. Also suggested I get deadbolts AFTER they completed services and I paid. Would have been great to know that before I paid for 10 locks to be rekeyed. Rushed off to the next job and was terribly rude about it. Save your money and go elsewhere!
