The first thing of note was how good Patrick's quote was when he sent it to me. His pricing was fair, and his detail and thorough approach to making a proposal were top notch. Everything was in it...including diagrams and photos. He does a complete breakdown of labor and hardware costs so you can tell what you are getting for your money. If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction. We made a few adjustments to the proposal so by the time he came in, there were almost no details left to work out. That is always a good sign. I'm very glad I made that decision. Hey and Indy did a great job taking care of our home as they worked. The camera's went up and they look as they they were originally a part of the house design. The doorbell also looks original. I would absolutely work with Patrick again and most likely I will.

He was prompt and extremely professional, going above and beyond by installing the necessary wiring and outlet that we asked for and giving us extra advice about the wiring that was done in the remodel that we didn't see. I would happily recommend his business to anyone seeking electrical work. He's very professional, his work is great, and his prices are extremely reasonable. 10/10 would hire again and again.

It was December and the temperatures were extremely cold. Mike offered to provide space heaters until the work could be finished a few days later. True to his word he came after normal business hours to make good on his promise. As for their service, they were punctual, friendly, professional, and even took the time to explain what was being done. And there were no hidden fees. The installation of the Boiler took a day and a half as projected. They also replaced the incredibly old thermostat. Before they left, they evaluated everything to ensure that there were no issues. We were pleased with the overall service and the fact that they left nothing for us to clean up afterwards. Based on our experience we can highly recommend Heating and Cooling Certified Mechanics. I scheduled an annual service with Greenfox. They came out on 5/6/2026 and performed the service…read morefor what I believe was $99. They said everything was good to go - no issues. Two weeks later, on 5/18, the air conditioning stopped working. They market themselves as 24-hour, so I called 5 times that evening. They have a system for screening their calls. I communicated several times that this was an urgent concern, as I have 5 pets who would be intolerant of the 100-degree heat forecast for the following day. Even after dark, my house was 85 degrees. After those calls, I received no calls back. The next morning, on 5/19, I scheduled a morning appointment with Greenfox and then chatted with them via their chat system. The person on the chat assured me that this was a concern. They reported that they marked my appointment as urgent and would register a complaint with the company on my behalf. They assured me that the tech would leave and arrive at my house by 8am. 8am came and went with no call or contact from Greenfox. I logged on to the chat again and spoke with another agent and recounted everything that had happened previously. They said they could do nothing but make appointments on the chat. I said that I did that morning and was told the appointment would be around 8. They said I would have to call the office. I told them that I already had 5 times, and I received no return call. The chat said there was nothing they could do. I then spent time I could have been working calling other companies to try to get service, as the house was getting close to 80 degrees at 9:30 AM. A tech from Greenfox eventually arrived at around 11:15. The company never called me back at all; they didn't let me know he was coming. I received an automated text that the tech was coming 15 minutes after he arrived. He found the issue, which should have been discovered two weeks earlier at the servicing appointment. The tech then left, saying, "I'll send you the invoice." No discussion. The tech then charged us $245 for a problem that should have been caught during the initial service we already paid for. Getting an annual service from this company is useless. It appears they didn't thoroughly review for potential issues, which has left my AC not working on the hottest days of the year so far. There was no consideration on the second bill for the poor work of the technician who came out to service. They don't answer phone calls. They don't call anyone back. They don't let you know a tech is coming. Their chat responses are, at minimum, disingenuous and, at worst, outright lies. And then they still charge you double, even though it was their error. There are far better and more reliable companies in the area, with whom I will be contracting going forward.
