Bonnie in customer service and delivery was able to accommodate the last minute change without missing a beat. Overall if you need a reliable appliance for cheap this is a great place to go. A few of those appliances I bought had issues within a few months of purchasing (which is to be expected with used appliances) and they sent out technicians to repair them promptly. In most cases they ended up replacing the appliance with a working one. One of those times the issue was a washer rocking and making tons of noise due to the uneven floor of my laundry room. Nonetheless they replaced the washer with a different model that worked better on an uneven floor and the problem was solved. The only complaint I have is that sometimes you have to follow up with them to make sure they follow through with a service call. I don't usually write Yelp reviews but I didn't like that they had such a poor score and wanted to share my experience. I'm not sure what went wrong with the other two people who wrotes reviews, but I've never had a major issue with them, they always took care of any problems I had, and so they've always been my go-to place for getting appliances, especially since I don't have the money to buy them new. The fridge and dishwasher are 10 years old and it was time for a full replacement. Since we only buy appliances once every decade we had little clue what the latest and greatest brands and features are. Our first trip was to the big box stores (Home Depot and Lowes). While both stores had lots of displays their appliance experts to my surprise knew very little more than I did. They could give me a price and a date they could be delivered, but when I asked anything additional they stood with me in front of a computer to reference Home Depot on-line. That was a struggle and got frustrating. Our next call was to our local appliance store in town Besko's Appliance. The difference was immediate and uplifting. They took the time to ask both of us questions, our preferences and our habits in the kitchen. They also took the time to explain why they would and more importantly wouldn't recommend certain features. In the end they recommended a few different options and explained the differences. I was just as surprised by the fact they met or even beat prices from the big box stores. They helped coordinated and schedule the delivery and installation and all went as stated. The team that came to the house were very professional and took pride in their work. They took the time to ensure the floor was protected where needed and that I was fully satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for any appliances to include Besko's. We experienced a personal touch service, great prices delivered by a team of dedicated professionals.

We had a disastrous experience of delivery and damage to our home. Their 2 delivery men fell…read morebackwards down our stairs, dented the machine, gouged our walls and stairs of a newer home. It is challenging to get the repair done as the damage were deep gouges on the landing levels. Challening to replace and repair. We were promised by their logistics representative, that has now left the company to run his own business. Promises have not been kept. I am hopeful that they still might come through. My husband repaired with painting and spackling our walls. The stairs are much harder. I will write again once it is completed. Without the man, Mike, who made promises, and seemed sincere, it seems promises might not be kept. Be careful. They replaced the machine and it came dented, but in a way we couldn't see. And we didn't want another experience with delivery. We should have been compensated for this mess. None yet.

When we came in we were amazed at how large the store was and they were having incredible deals on specific items. All of their glass, wood and metal items were 50% off and the store was packed with items. This store also had a phenomenal selection of fabrics which were reasonably priced. They had a ton of sports themed prints, one of my favorites being the Patriots prints. This store also had a ton of craft items such as painting supplies. The final nice part about this store is that they have an incredible clearance section in the rear of the store. The staff was really polite and helpful when we asked them to assist with finding an item. We will definitely be coming back to this store to stock up on items for our home!
