This situation is definitely needed to be investigated to ensure all clients receive the same level of respect, and applying the same policies and procedures consistently to every customer, and avoiding any form of discrimination or favoritism; essentially treating everyone with fairness and dignity as a customer.

They clearly explained the work needed..in my case a ck engine light was flashing on my daughters 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and while suspecting the catalytic converter they suggested a tuneup first hoping that would solve the problem w/o having to replace the converter. A week, 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coils & $2200 later the ck engine light came back on (something they told me could happen) and I had to have the cat. converter replaced anyway... which I had done @ another shop closer to home that specializes in that type work. No doubt the plugs & coils needed replacing but I just thought $2200 for a tuneup was way too expensive...the garage that ultimately replaced the converter confirmed my thinking telling me I overpaid by about $500 for the tuneup. In summary if you're in a pinch like I was and can't shop around, Two Guys Garage can certainly be trusted to do quality and timely work... just be sure to bring your checkbook cause it's gonna cost ya.

First off: for car inspections it is first come first serve. The minute they open, anyone can come in for a car inspection. I think this is a good and bad thing. Good thing if you can get in their early but bad if you want to be in and out. Second, the space itself is VERY tight. Last year when I went they had a gas station which made things difficult when bringing your car for appointments. They have now gotten rid of that which is great! This leaves more room for cars when they ask you to leave them. I will say, today I was in an weird scenario where I arrived to have them check something about my tail light (they were very kind and just looked at it to verify it was working but, that is a different story though lol) and I was ready to leave after being told it was fine. Unfortunately, my car was trapped between the cars that were parked in front of me and the cars parked behind their garage. There was literally no room for me to move my car. Luckily I still needed to get my car inspected (I was planning on leaving and coming back) so I just told them I'll leave my car here and I walked back home. I'm fortunate to live close enough to do this but if you live any farther I'm sure this would have been annoying. Outside of the space issues, their staff is friendly and their services are a great value. They are quick and communicative. Highly recommend going here! Tip: if you need someone to drive you here to pick up your car, just drop them off at the CVS which is next door to DiBacco's. This makes everything 10 times easier

You can pick out a tire and set up an appointment online. So I picked the tire I was looking for, made an appointment on the website, and almost immediately had a real person email me back confirming the appointment. Nice. I showed up today at the time I requested, they had the tires I had requested in the correct size, and they brought my truck almost immediately in and began work. They completed the tire install and an alignment in just over an hour, which went by quick with my laptop and the wifi at the Dunkin Donuts across the street (they do have a decent waiting room with a TV but I wanted an iced coffee). They called as soon as it was done. To be fair, they were not very busy (this was a Friday morning) but this was an excellent turnaround time. The tires are great, the alignment is perfect and the guys were friendly. There was no up-sell for services I didn't need, except to ask if I wanted the road hazard warranty (which I did, cheap enough considering the cost of premium tires). I honestly can't say how they compared on price to other shops because I wasn't shopping on price; the cost of the tires and the install seemed reasonable and to me the convenience was most important, and they did excellent on that. This is not the kind of place I would do service at (not a knock on them, I just like to do my own, or take it to the dealer for anything complex) but I would definitely return next time I need tires.
