Great price and work. They replaced two new manifolds and a new muffler and exhaust on my truck. I am thoroughly happy with their service.

We were worried about whether it would be safe to continue driving and make it home. Hive was able to get us in right away, quickly assess what was going on, and reassure us that the vehicle was safe to drive. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and understanding of our stressful situation and time crunch. I would highly recommend Hive and would absolutely go to them in the future for any automotive needs.

LOL at this repair shop. First off, they are extremely overpriced. I feel like an idiot getting…read morefixes on my car here. I spent over $4,000 for a new power steering pump, alignment, and they somehow found that my steering was still not straight (even though it was not an issue before) so they called me and told me everything they needed to do. Since I travel for work 5 days a week, I felt I had no choice but to let them continue and finish the service. When I brought the final cost and services to a different auto repair shop, they felt so bad for me for spending the money I did. That's when I knew I made a big, big mistake. They also don't have an issue pressuring you into making sure they get to work on your car. They want to overcharge and take advantage of people who have little to no car maintenance experience. They also take too long to get simple repairs done. I had my car dropped off for the above service. During that time, I needed to get a rental because they didn't have any loaner cars available (according to them). They promised me it would only take 2 days. I called every day for 4 days and then they changed the pick up day/time for the following day. Finally was ready. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!! I drove about 5 miles and started hearing noises as I drove on the main road. I took it back and they said my struts were worn out and they needed to be replaced. I asked them how did they not catch that during my initial service? They told me they didn't hear anything during the test drive and they didn't do anything to those parts of the car. BULLCRAP! They did a wheel alignment (or did they?). I took it to Les Schwab and they said my struts were fine that they were just loose and they did what they did for free and sent me on my way. My assumption for that is they want to take their sweet a$$ time so they can charge more for labor costs. So many issues with this crap auto repair company. I encourage anyone who is thinking of getting services done here to go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else in Moscow or Pullman. Heck, travel to Spokane/CDA if you have to. It will save you so much time, money and frustrations!

I've never been surprised. Above all, they are service and customer oriented. Let me tell one story. I drove across my state on a weekend - 300 miles each way. On the way back, my vehicle started bouncing in a way that made it dangerous to drive. I was at the halfway location, it was Sunday and Les Schwab was closed in Ellensburg, WA, where the problem became severe. I called anyway and left a message, really hoping to be first in line Monday morning. 30 minutes later I got a call from Les Schwab, the owner or manager offered to come in and put an old wheel and tire on if he had one. HE DID EXACTLY THAT, on a Sunday afternoon and I got home later that night. That's just one story. I have a few. Trust your car to these people.

I call for an appointment for a tire rotation and re-balance. They tell me I don't need a reservation and just come in around 8AM and leave it all day. He says they always leave open spots for walk-ins. I guess walk-ins are for people buying something other than the free services they are so proud to tell you about when they are trying to sell you something. I go in about 8:05am for the rotation and they asked me if I have an appointment, no I don't. Can't do it and tell me it would be next Thursday at 3pm. I say forget it, I will go to Lewiston instead. My girlfriend has also bought all her tires from Moscow Les Schwab. She wanted her winter tires siped. When we went to pick it up and I looked at the tires, they were not siped properly. The salesman looks at them and says they're fine, I called BS and proved to him they were wrong. they re-siped them. She changes out her winter tires, all ok until I find a lug nut rolling around in the back of her car with a broken stud in it. Look at the wheels and yep, there is a wheel with a missing lug nut. No notes or inf about it at all. They want it for 3 hours for a 15 minute job! Never again will I go back to Moscow. It's not the same since Les passed away!

I would strongly caution anyone considering Heritage Auto Repair…read more We brought in our 2018 Nissan Murano because of a screeching noise. Heritage diagnosed the problem as a serpentine belt and tensioner and charged us over $560 to replace them. The very next morning the exact same noise returned. When we contacted them again and sent a video, they told us it was actually a wheel bearing issue and quoted another $1,150 for repairs. At this point we lost confidence and sought another opinion. A different shop diagnosed the actual problem immediately: the transfer case, which explained the noise and the acceleration issues. So to summarize: * Heritage charged us $560 for a repair that did not fix the problem * They then misdiagnosed the issue again as wheel bearings * The real issue was the transfer case, which they completely missed What is most concerning is that they were prepared to perform another $1,150 repair that would not have solved the problem either. Good mechanics diagnose problems before charging customers for unnecessary work. This experience felt like guessing at repairs while the customer pays the bill. I would recommend anyone experiencing drivetrain or noise issues get a second opinion before authorizing repairs here.

After receiving an oil change and alignment, I got an email with my inspection results. In the field where my name should have been, the following message appeared: "NIKI DO NOT SERVICE AND I MEAN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whether it was meant as an internal note or a joke, it is beyond unprofessional and extremely insulting to see this attached to my customer information. This experience makes me question what kind of internal dialog they have about their customers, and unfortunately, it has completely changed my opinion of this business. I recently got a vehicle running after 6 years and took it to Meineke to check the brakes for safety. That was mid last week and I called today to learn it will be end of this week before it's looked at. That's 8 working days for a simple brake safety check. That will take an hour or less, even if the system needs brakes bled. Hmmm. Ok, to see if this is specific to Meineke or unavoidable right now, I called Schwab to schedule the same thing. They gave me a time appt in 1 day. They also double checked my records, gave me a rough estimate and discussed probable problems getting a vehicle back on the road. They put me in touch with a brake specialist, not the person at the front desk. They made sure they will be ready with inventory in stock. I changed the appt to Les Schwab. I do understand current workloads but waiting longer than 7 days for a TEST is a signal they don't really want to earn my steady business. Maybe they have too much business. This was my first experience with Meineke, closest to my house, and I get lots of advertisement from them. They are off my list.
