The only line that answers is for an immediate tow, where they repeatedly promised to email a copy, but never did. Just try calling yourself and pressing any of the extensions - all but one for towing request are fake put you on hold, promise someone will answer (who doesn't exist), sometimes you receive an option to leave a message that is never returned, other extensions ring and ring. Time to file in small claims court - for $69 fee - it's worth it!!!

During the oil change, Sivan and his team noticed a couple of things that needed attention and took care of them right away. I really appreciated how clear and honest they were throughout the process. As a mom, knowing there's a reliable place my son can go to if anything ever comes up means everything. I spent over $4,000 for a new power steering pump, alignment, and they somehow found that my steering was still not straight (even though it was not an issue before) so they called me and told me everything they needed to do. Since I travel for work 5 days a week, I felt I had no choice but to let them continue and finish the service. When I brought the final cost and services to a different auto repair shop, they felt so bad for me for spending the money I did. That's when I knew I made a big, big mistake. They also don't have an issue pressuring you into making sure they get to work on your car. They want to overcharge and take advantage of people who have little to no car maintenance experience. They also take too long to get simple repairs done. I had my car dropped off for the above service. During that time, I needed to get a rental because they didn't have any loaner cars available (according to them). They promised me it would only take 2 days. I called every day for 4 days and then they changed the pick up day/time for the following day. Finally was ready. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!! I drove about 5 miles and started hearing noises as I drove on the main road. I took it back and they said my struts were worn out and they needed to be replaced. I asked them how did they not catch that during my initial service? They told me they didn't hear anything during the test drive and they didn't do anything to those parts of the car. BULLCRAP! They did a wheel alignment (or did they?). I took it to Les Schwab and they said my struts were fine that they were just loose and they did what they did for free and sent me on my way. My assumption for that is they want to take their sweet a$$ time so they can charge more for labor costs. So many issues with this crap auto repair company. I encourage anyone who is thinking of getting services done here to go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else in Moscow or Pullman. Heck, travel to Spokane/CDA if you have to. It will save you so much time, money and frustrations!

When we got it back, it was obvious there was no new parts, front just straightened, licence plate just screwed back on, not even with a new holder. I have spent thousands of dollars at Les Schwab in Moscow over the years. Tires, wheels and front…read moreend work, all for a 2500 Ram pick-up, so none of this work was cheap. I call for an appointment for a tire rotation and re-balance. They tell me I don't need a reservation and just come in around 8AM and leave it all day. He says they always leave open spots for walk-ins. I guess walk-ins are for people buying something other than the free services they are so proud to tell you about when they are trying to sell you something. I go in about 8:05am for the rotation and they asked me if I have an appointment, no I don't. Can't do it and tell me it would be next Thursday at 3pm. I say forget it, I will go to Lewiston instead. My girlfriend has also bought all her tires from Moscow Les Schwab. She wanted her winter tires siped. When we went to pick it up and I looked at the tires, they were not siped properly. The salesman looks at them and says they're fine, I called BS and proved to him they were wrong. they re-siped them. She changes out her winter tires, all ok until I find a lug nut rolling around in the back of her car with a broken stud in it. Look at the wheels and yep, there is a wheel with a missing lug nut. No notes or inf about it at all. They want it for 3 hours for a 15 minute job! Never again will I go back to Moscow. It's not the same since Les passed away!
