Not only did she provide instruction on how to navigate the PNC website and online banking, but she also offered detailed guidance and suggestions for each of our personal accounts and a nonprofit account I managed for the Warren County Park Foundation. I work at a sleep away summer camp in PA (where there are no Chase banks). I frantically called the closed bank which happened to be the Phillipsburg location. I spoke with Lisa N., the bank manager. Not only was she so informative and accommodating ....she was incredibly calming. She figured the whole thing out for me and I was able to make the mortgage deadline. As a longtime TD patron came here to get a document notarized and were told that due to "limited notary services" my documents did not qualify. Would of been nice if they told me when I had called and asked. Additionally I was kept waiting for awhile and asked if I could use a restroom and was told no. I understand due to COVID restrictions but it just seemed a bit odd. I have been debating whether to keep my accounts at TD and little things like this are irksome. My friends use a smaller bank and are much happier with the services they receive. All in all would recommend trying to find a different bank to use if possible.
