This is the closest M&T branch to my office. We bank online primarily, but I keep a local account…read moreso that I can get small change for trips & deposit the occasional cash windfall. This branch is tucked back in a large office building, right on the edge of the industrial park. I get the impression that most of their clientele are local businesses, though I'm sure that there are plenty of local workers who stop by from time to time. The tellers are friendly & the manager is pretty nice too (he set up my account once upon a time). The ATM is right when you walk into the office building, while the bank itself is in a suite a little deeper in the building. It feels weird for a bank, but I guess it's not anything bad, just different. There are some visitor spots in the parking lot to get you in and out a little quicker. Just beware of the hours...unlike other M&T branches who stay open late a night or two a week as well as some Saturday hours, this one is a M-F 9-4. Great for running out at lunch but inconvenient otherwise for us working folk!

I am NEVER coming back to this IdentoGo again. Usually I'm not one to make a complaint and I…read moreunderstand that things happen sometimes, but this was absolutely egregious. I go in for a walk-in appointment and from the get-go, I'm met with hostility. I told the man at the front desk that I would like to do a walk in appointment to do my fingerprints, but I'm RUDELY told that I have to go online and SCHEDULE a WALK-IN appointment, which made ABSOLUTELY no sense at all. After that, I was basically shooed away and was told to "just have a seat". And if that wasn't enough, after waiting like 30 mins and watching many people get their fingerprints done before me (even though I was the first person to show up), when I was finally able to schedule the walk in, I was told that I couldn't be serviced because the information that I entered on the website didn't match the information on my passport, which was a BLATANT AND BOLD FACE LIE because I inputted ALL of my info correctly, multiple times! But instead of trying to work out the problem right then and there, I was shooed away again and was referred to customer service. I regret not getting names and numbers because everyone involved deserves to be fired. Immediately. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS INDENTOGO OR ELSE YOU'LL HAVE TO DEAL WITH PURE INCOMPETENCE AND STUPIDITY.

His professionalism made the removal process stress free and my car arrived at the mechanic in perfect condition. I hope I don't need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do, I will absolutely use them again. A Big Shout Out to Moses Williams (Manager) and Curtis for your genuine, down to Earth advice and service. I would highly recommend ELITE AUTO SERVICES of PENNSYLVANIA. 5 Stars...

While this is one that I debated on writing about, truth is truth…read more 2-3 years ago I was in the market to switch insurance and after seeing a million gecko commercials I figured I would get a quote from the gecko. I did via the website and everything looked good but I also had a potential lingering issue with my homeowners insurance that the 800# number rep. mentioned might be better handled locally. Fair enough. I call the Whitehall office and the person who answers the phone said that she can't help me and that the agent is busy. She recommends that I make an appointment and come in a day or two later to speak with the agent himself. Fair Enough. I show up the day of the appointment and the same person I spoke with on the phone is the one who greats me behind her desk. She says that the agent is too busy to see me but that he recommends waiting to see if the pending issue (it was legal-but it also never happened) occurs and if closer to the time of my existing policy running out, the issue doesn't move forward, them maybe he can help me. Great. I love getting the run around, being lied to and having my time wasted. For whatever reason I stuck with Geico by going home and recalling the 800# and they finished the transaction without issue in ten minutes. Fast forward a year or two and while Geico giveth with their 15% rebate, when my renewal recently came up they also taketh away with an arbitrary 25% rate increase. I call the 800# and Zachary tells me he has no idea but likely it's because of a high number of Covid cases in my area which equates to more risk for the company. No crap. Not making up that answer. What a pile of BS in relation to an auto insurance policy. He also recommends calling the local agent who he says could possibly work with me to explain things better or see if any other discounts are available. Based on my last go around with the local office where appointments are not honored I took this as a sign that it was time to move on and I did. Shopped around and beat their quote easily without issue. Of course now Geico wants me back which is why I've gotten multiple emails and pieces of regular mail asking me not to forget about them, etc. Thanks but no thanks. (While I will certainly admit that my experience(s) could be an outlier, either way they happened and I wouldn't dream of doing business with this office or this company again.)
