Not only did she provide instruction on how to navigate the PNC website and online banking, but she also offered detailed guidance and suggestions for each of our personal accounts and a nonprofit account I managed for the Warren County Park Foundation. Even if overdraft fees show up - run to PNC and they will be removed as long as you cover the amount needed. So far I have saved hundreds of dollars by PNC's early warning system. As a longtime TD patron came here to get a document notarized and were told that due to "limited notary services" my documents did not qualify. Would of been nice if they told me when I had called and asked. Additionally I was kept waiting for awhile and asked if I could use a restroom and was told no. I understand due to COVID restrictions but it just seemed a bit odd. I have been debating whether to keep my accounts at TD and little things like this are irksome. My friends use a smaller bank and are much happier with the services they receive. All in all would recommend trying to find a different bank to use if possible.
