Hello, I recently…read moremet with Senior Branch Banker Nelvia Horvath at the Phillipsburg PNC branch. Nelvia was not only a wealth of knowledge but also had the patience to spend 2 1/2 hours explaining every question I had in detail. Not only did she provide instruction on how to navigate the PNC website and online banking, but she also offered detailed guidance and suggestions for each of our personal accounts and a nonprofit account I managed for the Warren County Park Foundation. In the end, she saved us dollars and helped us to lower our debt by making a few adjustments Please let Nekvia know we appreciate her pleasant personality and expertise. Sincerely, Stephen Ellis 627 Hillcrest Blvd. Phillipsburg, New Jersey Jersey

As a longtime TD patron came here to get a document notarized and were told that due to "limited notary services" my documents did not qualify. I understand due to COVID restrictions but it just seemed a bit odd. I have been debating whether to keep my accounts at TD and little things like this are irksome. My friends use a smaller bank and are much happier with the services they receive. All in all would recommend trying to find a different bank to use if possible. Maybe it's just this one branch but lately have been feeling like this has just become the norm.
