(no points or anything for either of us on our licenses by the way) We have paid thousands of dollars in premiums for renters insurance, life, auto, etc. over our time with #statefarm but exceeded their "$1550 threshold" for auto claim payments. We even contested it with my agent's office and were turned down (through a nameless "underwriter"). My agent never even bothered to call us himself. My agent is #jimhabick in Easton PA.
