I've been with Erie Insurance Cooke agency for 35+ years, in fact we started our policies with Mr…read more Cooke. I won't get into details that are long and exhausting but I received a letter about updating my life policy saying I was entitled to renew the $50,000. Policy without underwriting. When I went to the office I was told the letter was wrong, that I wouldn't be eligible for no more than $10,000. I received three additional letters none of which were an apology. I've never felt so insulted, and I feel they should stand by a loyal customer and honor their letter. I've had my Auto, life for us both and our homeowners with Erie all these years, and although I think we pay too much we remained loyal. If you are looking for insurance stay away from Erie Insurance unless you want the same treatment. When I took out all of these policies it was with the understanding that I would pay my premiums on time or be cancelled, that is is in writing. So why do they not uphold a written letter that came from their company. Ungrateful company with bad practices!

He introduced himself warmly, checked to make sure I wasn't standing in the cold, and treated both me and my S550 with real professionalism. His demeanor felt more like concierge-level service than a typical tow--calm, respectful, and attentive. Later that evening, he even sent photos confirming my car was safely delivered to Integrated Automotive Service. Integrated Automotive received the vehicle exactly as promised, parked neatly and handled with care. My car battery that they put in my car didn't last a yr. I had to call them to come out and jump…read moremy car and when the driver came he put a jump on the car and they told me I couldn't drive my car because it had a bad alternator and he had to tow it to the dealership and when I talk to the dealership we where on the same page with my car that the battery was dead and not reading the alternator right so we call aaa to come back to the car and put a new battery in it and this guy try to say the samething the guy did the day before about it being the alternator. Well I told he to put a new battery in the car and we will see who is right so he did and the car started right up for me and when he put the tester on the car the alternator was good. This guy's need to be retraind and know how to fix an easy problem.
