You'll get hung up on, refused to be able to speak with the agent and given the run around. They took a payment out after my policy was canceled and then dodged our calls until I called from another number. Given an insane amount of attitude. Very nasty, very shady, worst customer service I've ever experienced. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, in fact I'd strongly steer anyone away. read more
