I saw Katerina and although very sweet I think she needs re training on how to do micro needling. Her passes are all over and she dug the needle into my smile lines and forehead. I understand that prices for things have gone up, I was ok with that and provided my card for the deposit. I asked what the best numbing cream was that I could buy to numb myself up before the appointment, she said that the laser tech would call me. This morning Katarina the laser technician called, she said that it was going to be over $300 MORE than what I was told the afternoon before. I was shocked, I asked about the multiple tattoo discount, she said she wasn't sure and she put me on hold for over 5 minutes. I hung up and decided to call back and just cancel. Anna answered the phone and I asked her about the massive difference in cost- she claimed that she didn't recall speaking with me the afternoon prior- Yeah, right. Selective amnesia. So, by this point I just told her to cancel my appointment. She needs to have her head checked. Katarina called back and gave me another quote with the "discount", still well over $200 what I was quoted the afternoon before. They were not apologetic at all. Poor customer service. I'll be going elsewhere.
