As a newbie to any permanent makeup and a tattoo, microblading virgin, I was understandably nervous . There was timely communication from first contact to appointment to confirmation. I knew exactly what to expect with masking and sanitation protocols for our safety throughout. Jane calmed my anxiety by explaining the entire process and each step as she artfully, safely, patiently and with the expertise of a professional in her craft since 1994, executed gorgeous, natural looking brows for me. She started like a Dr with medical history paperwork, taking my whole of humanity into consideration prior to getting into the meat and potatoes of the procedure which I appreciated! Jane assessed my face/canvas and drew what she believed would be beautiful for my structure and let me see for agreement. We proceeded to the microblading process and I feel it couldn't have gone better with knowing which parts would be painful vs rest breaks and the tlc I felt from Jane considering all my allergies and well being. I'm thrilled with the result and excited to see how the artfully crafted brows will look after healed. I had overplucked them in the past and they were uneven and thinned out. Penciling them in hasn't always produced an even well manicured effect. Embarrassing at times. Those worries are now over. I'd definitely recommend Jane as a real trained professional in this industry over a fad instagram star. She has an abundance of personality and whimsical charm. If that doesn't appeal to you, may not be a good fit. My experience with her recently has changed however…read more Shortly after I got my second full set (3 years ago) I have been unhappy with the tail end of one of my eyebrows being noticeably thicker. I've always just used makeup to even them out. Since its started to fade, it's gotten even more noticeable and bothersome, especially in pictures, as one eyebrow is consequently more arched. I never knew you could remove microblade until recently when my friend told me. As soon as I learned about this option, I asked Tia if she could help me and remove a couple strokes towards the tail end of my eyebrow. She immediately tried to discredit my concerns and said it looks like this because I haven't maintained my annual "color boosts" appointments. She told me I must sleep on the thinner eyebrow, which is not true. There has never been ink that thick on the other eyebrow, and it's always been slightly thinner. She recommended getting a full set WITH removal at the same time, but warned me that it will possibly remove new ink as well so I will have to come back to get it re-done shortly after. I asked her if I could just get it removed first, then come back for the full set after - that way I dont have to damage my skin back to back and risk my eyebrows looking messed up. She said if I do that route, it will be $300 per session and will probably consist of multiple sessions. $300 is what she charges for 2 FULL eyebrow removals and I only need a fraction of that. I would've paid half, but $300 is greedy! I can get 3 laser removal sessions for $100! Clearly she was trying to manipulate me into getting a full set so she can get more money upfront, without regards for my concerns. Why would I want to rush a process that is PERMANENTLY on my face? Overall I truly felt that she only cares about money, not the long term satisfaction of a customer that has never let anyone else touch their eyebrows. I felt penalized for not keeping up with "annual color boosts". I would have continued being her customer too, but I expect someone who actually cares about my concerns and doesn't try to minimize and invalidate them - even if they seem small or stupid to you. It's MY face and I notice this eyebrow every day. Very disappointing.

From the moment the piercer began, I knew something was off. They were incredibly rough during the procedure, inserting the dermal far too deeply into the pit of my skin. I could feel the discomfort escalating as they struggled to place it correctly making me nearly pass out in the chair since they made me sit up for it!! To make matters worse, they claimed to have used a 15g jewelry on my right side and a 14g on my left. However, when I consulted with a second piercer, they used professional tools to assess the jewelry and discovered that the sizes were actually reversed. The right side had a 16g jewelry, and the left side had a 14g. This blatant disregard for accuracy and attention to detail is appalling thinking about how they aggressively handled me for over an hour more then once trying to put in all differnt sizes. The second piercer I went to which was a different shop completely validated my concerns about the depth of the piercing because she had to put it up with a tweezers to keep it from sinking and pinching it while she screwed in a whole navel piercing top bevause how bad they messed me up and suggested that I get naturally yours the ink spot shop inspected or held accountable due to potential health issues and lack of professionalism when it comes to knowing what your doing or fixing your mistakes!!! As I dug deeper into reviews from other clients, I discovered a disturbing pattern. Multiple people had similar experiences, reporting rough handling, improper technique, and a general lack of professionalism. It's clear that this establishment has a systemic problem, and it's not just a matter of one bad apple. The fact that this appears to be a family-run business makes it even more troubling. It seems like they're more interested in making a quick profit than in providing safe and professional services. I've seen reviews from people who have been left with permanent damage, and it's heartbreaking to think that others might go through the same ordeal. I strongly advise against using their services. The risks are simply not worth it. If you're looking for a reputable and trustworthy piercing establishment, keep looking. Do not go here for a belly piercing…read more I recently went for a belly piercing and it was the most horrific experience. The piercer poked my belly with the needle causing me to bleed. Not only that he gave me a short bar leaving no room for swelling/ healing. The ball of the piercing was literally digging into my stomach not even a week since I got it and I had to take it out! So disappointed and not worth the money I spent. I need a refund!
