Mr. Diaz served me in a medical area during a blood drive for the convention. This is why the police report was filed for medical interference. Mr. Diaz was recording me and claimed I would have to travel to San Diego and there was a pending TRO. There was no TRO and I never had to appear in San Diego in person. The people Mr. Diaz was serving me for I had never met in person or had any interactions with other than online. The person who paid Mr. Diaz was served by my attorney for business interference 8 months before. I confronted Mr. Diaz after the service and started to record him which at that moment he became very afraid and nervous. The man is a coward. I was just trying to gather who he was and thankfully I did. Later, I tried to politely inform Mr. Diaz of what was going on with the footage he recorded and was only responded with threatening texts. Mr. Diaz attempted to act as a witness for the petitioner and his testimony was so ridiculous that the judge threw it out. He was wearing a T-shirt and shorts for the court hearing. Needless to say the case that Mr. Diaz served me for was dismissed. I WON!
