5+ stars for Justin Lund. He was referred by our restoration company (PuroClean of SanTan -…read moreanother 5+ star company). Justin responded quickly, managed everything related to insurance quotes, and did a stellar job. All of his crews showed up on time and got the job done right. It's also nice to see the owner doing some of the work himself - He had a close eye on any imperfections that needed a little extra work. Also was happy to take care of other little tasks that we asked for help on. This was my first experience with a re-construction company where EVERYTHING went as was described up-front - no shortcuts - no surprises (except from our side, as additional needs came up.) Thank you Justin, for making our lives a little easier at a difficult time.

Youssef and all of his subs are *FANTASTIC* and the best I have ever worked with (and I've worked…read morewith many). Here why (with details below): He OWNS the work and takes full responsibility for everything and fixes every mishap BEFORE you even ask; His primary subs (carpentry, electrical, flooring, trim) are all GREAT; he's one of the easiest, kindest, and most compassionate people I've worked with; and he knew when to tell me when an idea or suggestion I had was infeasible or too expensive. More deets: On OWNERSHIP and RESPONSIBILITY - Our shower glass walls were a little short. I didn't even know enough to know this was a solvable problem, but he made the third-party glass company take the segments back and replace them with segments that fit even more perfectly and beautifully. There we a couple of other instance and there was never accountability squirm.... Honestly that's unlike 95% of contractors. ADVICE - If the lighting wasn't going to work or look nice, he told you. If the switches we're in the wrong place in the blueprint, he told you. If a door or opening would have been better served with a pocket door instead of a swinging door, like into a bedroom closet, he told you. He told you nicely, politely, never insinuating that I did not know what I was doing or that the architect was bad or wrong. He'd just politely and slowly walk me through a few different scenarios and the real life placement of things and was 100% right in all of his corrective suggestions. The one time I did not listen to him and thought I knew better, after a few months I realized I was completely wrong. MAIN SUBS - Whenever his subs were scheduled to show up, they did, on time, always clean-cut and professional, smiling, and happy. They cleaned up EVERY DAY. Other previous contractors thought nothing of leaving trash on the floor or even dangerous nails when I had small children in the house. I think he is one of, if not, the BEST IN THE BUSINESS and I plan on doing more with him in the future.

We hired White Brothers Electric to rebuild our Main Electrical Box and add electric to our new…read moregarage and front porch. They did an outstanding job coordinating the effort with the City of Mesa, SRP and us to ensure everything met code. Then when the work started, they completed the entire job on schedule, on budget, and the quality of their work was absolutely top notch. Highly recommend!! Long Version... Our old Main was inside our house and was completely maxed out and was almost a fire hazard. Since our house was on a county island many years ago, it definitely needed updated. They coordinated with the City of Mesa and SRP to get permits and to let us know what tree trimming we had to do before a new line could be run from the Roof Electrical Riser Pole to the electrical line in the alley. Our house had to be without power for an estimated 8 hours to run a new line to the alley. They did all the prep work ahead of schedule including installing a new Roof Electrical Riser Pole and all the hardware for the new main, and were so well prepared that we were only without power for about five hours. Once the new line was complete, they completed the new main outside our house, turned our old main into an updated sub panel, completely wired our garage for woodworking and welding equipment and added electrical to our front porch for accent lights and security lighting. All their work was very top notch and looks amazing. All work was completed exactly as scheduled or ahead of schedule. Everything came in at cost, which given how outdated our old lines were, was a surprise to me. Highly recommend White Brothers Electric. They know their stuff, including permits, identifying customer needs/wants and going above and beyond to ensure their work is high quality.

We paid the $250 for the consultation and had two guys come out to look at the system. I also wanted to get some extra batteries installed and a few other upgrades to make sure we were good for off grid living. Everything seemed to be hooked up correctly is what the two guys from new grid determined. I basically only received a printout of the user manuals from them, and certainly never got a follow up on any upgrades. Seven months later our system failed due to an underpowered inverter (which fried) and our batteries also were unable to hold a charge and were ruined as well. The company who is now upgrading me immediately noticed several areas that were not hooked up correctly including how the bank of batteries were wired. I just find it sad how some companies talk the talk on the phone and just fall very short after your check is cashed.
