When they bid the work, I found the price reasonable and inline with market expectations. When Shadrach arrived, he immediately went to work. While here, he highlighted an additional piece. I completely agreed with the additional piece and asked for the work to be done. When I received the invoice, I worked with Steven, the field supervisor, in a very amicable manner. Simply put, they know what they are doing and they are very fair and honest. If I ever need electrical work again, I will certainly call T&K Electric. I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear. I found working with T&K Electrical very comforting. Even when the issue didn't involve them, they were very willing to investigate. Clearly, T&K takes pride in their work and craft and confirms the work is done right. Highly recommend.

I did the finance option and Paula in the office was amazing and helped walk us through the process of applying for financing and making sure we got all the things needed to pay for the cost of the solar and get the rebates. When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. Jim came up with a system design that has far exceeded what I initially had in mind. My primary goal was to fully cover APSs demand charges / peak hours. After about 4 months of the system being online, we have not seen a single cent of peak/demand charges and our net bills have been a credit. This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. Bottom line we could not be happier with the entire process and results. And as others have said pricing was much better than the other quotes!

We signed a contract with Inty Power in 7/2024, copy of contract available. Our issues started immediately as per contract our battery was to be installed in our garage but permit person for solar company secured permits for exterior mounting. This was not what we agreed to in the contract. Phone calls were made day of installation and battery was placed in the garage. We were not informed that the permit would have to be resubmitted. Which took over three months to be done and approved. During those three months they also had our original solar turn off, which we weren't aware of. (as of todays date 12/21/2024 original solar is still not on). One issue was a heat sensor which took 3 times for the work to be done properly. Cosmetic work has not been addressed. On 12/05/2024 the tech came out and found multiple issue with the new solar system including string 2 and 3 of new system not working at all. He addressed this issue. While working on system we found that the company had permanently disconnected the old system, which of course was not supposed to happen. Inty Solar has failed to meet 2 months activation date. We have had to pay APS bills over double the cost of our typical bill due to the disconnection of our old system. The cost of the old system was over $30,000.00. On 12/16/2024 we were informed that they would be out in January to complete project, supposedly. BIG MISTAKE

I have been with Inty Power for a few years now. Every now and then I have a few panels go down. They don't reach out to me, they don't show, they don't repair the panels. It takes several calls over weeks or sometimes months before they get a technician out. I just got off the phone for two panels being out for the past several months. Again, they assure me I will have my problem resolved soon. I went through Solar Sandy, a woman who advertises to get your solar set up with no payments and a good company. She makes promises too which I feel are deceptive and in this case, the company she set me up with has not been very good in their services. I would not recommends either of them right now.

We have since tried two other companies with no help with the first and insufficient help from the second without paying exorbitant service charges for onsite service. Requests for help from Generac eventually resulted in Dave from Sunny Energy RX calling and doing an outstanding job of providing help which, at least initially, is making the problem manageable. Only more time will tell, but I do wish to express my thanks for his interest, knowledge, quality of service and timely follow-up as we are now monitoring to see if further adjustment is needed. We highly recommend that you contact Dave for help with any solar system problem.

Architekton has been a staple in the Tempe community for over 20 years and is owned by 4 local architects, most of whom graduated from ASU's school of Architecture. They have a large team of employees and are one of the few architecture firms who have avoided layoffs during these rough economic times. For examples of what they've done you can go to their website or just drive by the Tempe Center for the Arts off of Rio Salado right on the Tempe Town Lake. Or the new Tempe Transit Center next door to ASU's football stadium. These are just two of their latest and greatest en devours. They are a quality company that is also always giving back to the community that has given them so much. They have been volunteering at Tempe Cares since it's inception in 1991as well as donating time and money to countless other charitable organizations. If I ever need a building designed or have enough money to build a custom home I will be hiring them to do the designs.
