I have been with Inty Power for a few years now. Every now and then I have a few panels go down. I call and let them know and they say how they will get on this quick and have a technician come look at the panels. They don't reach out to me, they don't show, they don't repair the panels. It takes several calls over weeks or sometimes months before they get a technician out. I just got off the phone for two panels being out for the past several months. Again, they assure me I will have my problem resolved soon. I went through Solar Sandy, a woman who advertises to get your solar set up with no payments and a good company. She makes promises too which I feel are deceptive and in this case, the company she set me up with has not been very good in their services. They continue to make errors on submissions for approval that have delayed the project. They have not responded to further inquiry. I would not recommend them for a solar/battery project. read more

Conned me into buying a way over production solar system which in today's solar buy back $ is a big no win for anyone in AZ. After not getting the saving I was told id get i looked into it and TEP is only paying me half of what it cost me to make that kw with my solar. They TEP turns around and sells it to my neighbor or back to me for more than 4 times of what I sold it to them for. INTY knows over production dont work in AZ anymore yet they scammed me. My total power bill has went up $20 to $50 each and every month. The only winners in my solar deal was Inty Power, TEP getting all my over production for pennies on the dollar, and Palmetto who I way over pay every month for 25 years. Stay away and surly dont believe what they promise. Worst move of my life and ive had solar on my 2 previous houses. It just dont work in AZ anymore. So now solar guys just got to scam you. I'd been better off with a system half the size so I wasn't paying TEP to take my over production. Quit the scam their got going. read more

This company claims to partner with your power company, but they do not. Do your research before you sign any contract with this company or any other solar company. Inty will send sales people to your door offering solar panels at a financed rate, saying that your bill will be less than what you are paying now, which doesn't seem feasible. They even claimed that with having our full roof being replaced (by one of their partner companies) in addition to the solar panels installed, we would still pay less per month. They also do not actually do the solar installations, they have a partner company for that to avoid liability. Since they lie from the start and engage in questionable business practices, I would not believe anything they say. DO NOT TRUST THEM or sign any contract with them, regardless of what other four- or five-star reviews say. read more

A manager called me to tell me his sales person was fired for unethical behavior. Airing your dirty laundry to customers is never a good idea. The solar panels may have been installed properly. I haven't looked to see if they hit the truss properly. The service upgrade was installed incorrectly. The cake pan was installed in the surface of the stucco instead of removing the stucco and securing to the siding of the structure. Because this was done incorrectly the installer fought to get the mast through the roof and had to beat away the decking. The mast/riser flashing was installed over the shingle and not properly installed under. When I call this out they added a grommet around the flashing which I told them would funnel water into the flashing and trap water eventually leading it into the attic. They sized my system and said my bill would be roughly 30 a month. I had them add 3 panels and my system is still not producing enough to get me to that amount. When I contact them for answers they are unresponsive. Solar companies are sketchy. I'm planning on filing a ROC complaint read more

I have them on video walking all over my property and setting off my security alarms multiple times and not stopping after being asked not to. I am a 73-year-old retired, senior citizen. I have never written a negative review on a company in my life. I am writing this review to let the seniors and general public know how this company treated me and is still treating me. This is not a reliable company to do business with. I signed a contract with them and have had many problems along the way. They warned me in the beginning if I did something to delay the project it would be my fault. I never did anything to delay the project so this is their fault. They had to redo the installation two different times so that it would pass inspection. I will not be able to get my tax credit for last year because the system did not pass inspection on time for APS to put the system online. I lost a $$6980 tax credit. It passed inspection two weeks ago and I paid them for all the work that they did and work that they still need to complete to set an appointment with them so they would get me online with APS. They keep setting tentative appointments and breaking the appointments for the last two weeks I need for them to put the bird stops around the panels that I paid for and for them to turn on the system. I can't get them to come over and turn the system on so I can save money on electric bills. I have paid them in full and it doesn't mean a thing to them. I will be writing a full review in the future with all the names of the people I've been dealing with. I hope I can help another senior from making a mistake like I did. The owner of this company must not care how management has treated me. I am very disappointed and would never recommend this company. The management and employees will make you feel like you can rely on them to get things done, but they all turned out to be unreliable. Inty Power is not worthy of you doing business with. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Before I signed a contract with them I did my homework and I believed the people I was talking to and the reviews I read. In July of 2024 we opted to add additional solar panels to our old solar system after being contacted by APS approximately 6/2024 and were told that we did not qualify for the solar plan we were placed on in 2017 by APS. We signed a contract with Inty Power in 7/2024, copy of contract available. Our issues started immediately as per contract our battery was to be installed in our garage but permit person for solar company secured permits for exterior mounting. This was not what we agreed to in the contract. Phone calls were made day of installation and battery was placed in the garage. We were not informed that the permit would have to be resubmitted. Which took over three months to be done and approved. During those three months they also had our original solar turn off, which we weren't aware of. (as of todays date 12/21/2024 original solar is still not on). One issue was a heat sensor which took 3 times for the work to be done properly. Cosmetic work has not been addressed. On 12/05/2024 the tech came out and found multiple issue with the new solar system including string 2 and 3 of new system not working at all. He addressed this issue. While working on system we found that the company had permanently disconnected the old system, which of course was not supposed to happen. Inty Solar has failed to meet 2 months activation date. We have had to pay APS bills over double the cost of our typical bill due to the disconnection of our old system. The cost of the old system was over $30,000.00. On 12/16/2024 we were informed that they would be out in January to complete project, supposedly. BIG MISTAKE read more

***UPDATE: I filed a ROC complaint to help me leverage. But before the ROC got involved Inty Power figured out that not only my system shut down for 2 weeks but that they also had forgotten to install the Load Manager. Inty paid my $740 to compensate for the eight months of no Load Controller and for the 2 weeks that my solar wasn't working. I am satisfied with the outcome. I am still not happy with my SRP bills as August's bill is $260. I am beginning to see that the promises of little or no energy bill is pie in the sky. read more

I had Inty install on my rental property in Phoenix. The process was seamless and had met the expectations the reps gave to me. I started the process back in November, system was installed in December and I got my system turned on 2 weeks later. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves and we were happy to see a negative APS bill the past few months. I highly recommend Inty for being very communicative and updating me throughout the process and for delivering on everything they had promised. I've referred my neighbor to them and will be happy to refer them to anyone looking to save on their APS bill and quality work. read more

Complained since installation (that took 11mo) that system wasn't working properly, they sent a sales guy out w additional $80k system upgrade proposal. They don't seem to care. Wish we could return. Our rep was great. The office never communicated about anything. I had to constitaly call to get any info. The panels went up in July and did not get turned on until February. I found Inty Solar by a fluke and loved everything they did. I don't review unless I am really pleased by a company, and I found that this business not only gave me an entire solar array on my roof for less than all the others (I researched), but they were also accessible and helpful. The solar panels they offered had higher-than-average warranties as well. I'll be ninety and still covered for solar! I'd recommend this company to whomever is serious about getting solar panels and saving money on electricity. They were also very thorough in explaining how to get government incentives and refunds, how to sell energy we weren't using back to the electric company, and how to save even more during on-peak hours. read more
