About a year ago my wife and I decided to look into back up generator power. Our community experiences quite a few power outages in the summer. We called several companies in the valley including Red Line. Gavin with Red Line stopped by and discussed options with us. He was professional and was able to answer all our questions. He was more than willing to accommodate some unusual requests by me. The price quoted was well within our budget and more than fair. Other companies were almost double in price. Fast forward 11 months, Generac generators are on back order, we received our generator. Gavin was quick to get us on the schedule. Gavin and John came out the day before to coordinate the install. With a plan in place they got to work. Everyday I received updates via text and email. John or Ron were on time everyday and worked diligently to get this done quick. Both Ron and John proved to be true professionals in the trade. They communicated throughout the entire project with my wife to minimize down time and impact which allowed her to work from home with zero hiccups. They were both polite when they spoke with her. The site was cleaned up daily. The install, commission and test are complete and I couldn't be happier. Start to finish they hit all the marks. Thank you Red Line you have given me piece of mind knowing that no matter what I'll be up and running. Please extend our gratitude to Gavin, John and Ron for a job well done. read more

Several years ago, I had a number of needs for electrical repair in my home and yard. I was very fortunate to come across red line electric of Tempe, who then attended to all matters with expertise and courteous service.. So recently when I experienced electrical issues in the backyard with the lighting, I turned once again to red line and they did not disappoint . First rate, thorough service, and solutions . I am grateful that I stored their information from before so that I was able to engage them once again.. I unreservedly recommend red line electric for anyone who has any kind of electrical issue in their home. They respond quickly,, arrive, punctually, and communicate effectively. read more

They are great salespeople. The explanation of what they would do to remove and replace my solar panels, correct any issues and to be sure it was running a peak efficiency sounded exceptional. Unfortunately, that's not how they performed. I discovered they were overpriced, added 3k to the bill for replacement parts (wire and plastic connecters) and said when they were done, all was working well. According to SRP, it wasn't. No power being produced and the inverter needed to be replaced at $4500 more. Had it done by a reputable company for $2485.00. Stay far away for this company. read more

I utilized Redline for my home inspection. They're overpriced for the services they provide. I was charged $300/hr. only for them to tell me the solar is working but the inverter is end of life. I asked for a discount or I'd take my business elsewhere. They said there's nothing they can do. So I'll take my business elsewhere. Don't use them for quotes or inspections. They're too expensive and will gouge you! read more

we did not use the buyer beware the quote they gave was more than 3x higher than the next quote, when I questioned it they tried to justify it by telling me they are better than everyone else but the company I chose to do the job had better reviews and better overall rating. Don't even waste your time calling these guys read more

Stay Away! $200.00 an hour, Two hour minimum. On a regular 40 hour week that is well over 400k a year per individual. Why would anybody in their right mind pay this? Especially when there are so many other companies that are just as good if not better. I did a quick AI search and it suggests for a Senior level electrician 10+ years average is 39.00/hr. read more

Redline has top-notch employees. We had Marcus out to give us a quote on electrical work we needed on our home. We wanted to add more outlets in our garage and bring some older items into code. The quote was comprehensive and easy to review, have adjusted, and approve online. Dave did an excellent job during the 2 days he was here. We will contract with them again. read more

I used Redline to inspect the solar system on a home I was looking at to purchase in Goodyear Az. They charged me 600 dollars to do the inspection. They told me everything was working and the original installation company was out of business. I believed them. After buying the home and moving in I discovered, using APS app, that the solar was not producing. I talked to Redline a few times and was told I needed to talk to manufacturer of the inverter. SolarEdge told me how to connect to the inverter wireless. That told me the inverter was in "night mode". SolarEdge told me I needed to have an installer look at it. I called Redline back and he said he'd have their main installer call me back. I never heard from them again. I called Argent Solar, recommended by the HOA, and was told by them that they installed the system and the inverter was under warranty. They came out the same day, took the information they needed, and contacted SolarEdge to have a new inverter sent out. Basically I wasted 600 dollars and when I called them to say I had a problem they couldn't be bothered. If you don't mind being lied to you can use Redline, but I wouldn't recommend them. If you live near Pebblecreek I'd call Argent Solar and talk to Charlie Miller. read more

Another excellent job done by Redline. Staff is always polite, knowledgeable and courteous. I had an foyer light installed and carriage lighting on the garage. It looks amazing. They did a thorough professional job. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the results. Everything was easy, from making the appointment to clean up. I highly recommend Redline!! read more

I bought an electric car in 2018. I was charging by using an adapter to plug my EVSE into a 110-volt outlet. This sometimes tripped my circuit breaker since the car pulls so much current. I called Redline on a Thursday to find out about putting in a 240-volt circuit. By the next Tuesday, they had it done. The price was reasonable, the technician was on-time (very important when we have to get on with the day) and everything works perfectly. My car charges far faster now. But even better, no more tripped circuit breakers! read more

On my way to the airport this morning and saw a few of these guys jump out of their truck and push a stranded lady's car off the road. Don't know about the kind of work they do but they seem like good guys to me!! read more

Great service and people. Thanks for doing a great job replacing our electrical panel. I'm no longer concerned about my house losing power. Would highly recommend again. read more

This is the second time I have used Redline Electric and both experiences were exceptional. This occurrence was really smooth, I am in the process of selling my home and there were a few issues on the inspection report that needed to be addressed. Redline Electric asked for the report and went thru electrical issues that were addressed, even found one that was not on the required repairs list and fixed it with a minimal charge. They scheduled the repairs in a timely manner and the service tech showed up on time and was very professional. He even made sure the face plate screws were aligned vertically!! Just the way all my screws are aligned. I had new smoke/co2 detectors installed in the bedrooms and made sure they were synchronized, also the proper install. I will use this company on my next project and I greatly appreciate their efforts. Steve Friedman read more

Several years ago I fully remodeled our kitchen. Redline did a fantastic job rewiring and installing all new outlets and light fixtures. I also had them replace several bad breakers in rental properties. Most recently they repaired some bad 4 way switches, outlets, & breakers. They do great work at an affordable rate, and clean up after themselves. Highly recommend. read more

What a great electrical company to work with. Their quotes were fair, electricians were honest and I never doubt for a minute I'm dealing with anything other than a credible organization doing things the right way. Very impressed with their knowledge about solar. Finding a true solar company in Phoenix can be a bit of a challenge. When I called around to different solar companies, most of them are nothing more than sales groups who write the contracts then sell them out to a bigger company to actually work with you. That's not the case with these guys. They are legit. They give you all the facts, setup and install. Loved working with this team. read more

Marcus, Thank you for all you do! If you need any electrical work done, this is the company to use. They are on time, clean, efficient, and do amazing work. Thank you Marcus and Team! read more

Extremely pleased with the service we received. They did an amazing job! Very efficient and professional. Definitely the only company we will be using in the future!! read more

Not sure about their service, but a guy driving a truck with Redline logo all over it put lots of people in danger. He was going about 85 mph, swerving in and out of lanes with no signal, cutting people off and had no regard to the publics safety. Crazy to think someone representing the company would drive like that. read more

Redline Electric is AWFUL. They cut so many holes in our ceilings and walls it looked like Swiss cheese. We found beer cans on the premise while they were working and they left insulation all over the house even though they know we have small pets. Absolutely awful, dishonest, company that does terrible work. AVOID AT ALL COST. You will not be the exception. read more

If you need an electric company in Phoenix, this is the company to call. They had an emergency line that answered because of the time of night I needed help. They were able to help me see the issue wasn't as bad as I had thought. So I was able to call them out during regular hours to fix up our mess. After these Monsoon storms, there are power outages all the time, My tree had hit some electrical boxes on the side of house and I needed help, fast! They did everything and were super professional along the way. Great work over there Redline Electric! If there were one suggestion I have, it would be to text me when you're on the way. The time window was great, but a simple text is super helpful. I'm sure you do this, but I just never got one. Good stuff! read more

My kitchen florescent tube lights went out and we have those lights on for everything. I gave Redline Electric a call and Josh was very helpful and they came out and installed some brand new LED tubes instead. The installer even called and was able to make it to my house earlier than planned which worked out great. The LED tube lights in my kitchen are now even more brighter than my original tubes and are saving me more money a month on electricity costs. Thank you Redline Electric! read more

I had redline come out to my house to install some extra outlets for my husband's SURPRISE man cave. The technician, Gavin, was on time, friendly, super fast and efficient! He answered all my questions and left the room clean and tidy when he was done. I was very happy with the work and will use Redline for any future electrical needs, Thanks! read more

Josh was great to work with, we did a remodel of our kitchen and they had great ideas for us and got our kitchen up to code. They were professional & Tingley and their prices were very fair. Josh's team has done work for me and my friends. Work is completed on time with the price quoted. Professional, service-minded, and fast. Couldn't ask for more. Also, they never have to return to "correct" a job. read more

We purchased a ceiling fan from a home improvement store and used their installation service. Redline was dispatched and Gavin did an excellent job installing it. As it turns out, the existing old fan had not been properly centered in a confined space and he had to move the ceiling box (no extra charge). Impressed with this work, we obtained an estimate to do some outdoor electrical light work which involved extensive trenching by hand and dealing with a root system from large trees that had been removed. This two and a half day job was done very professionally by Gavin. We would recommend this company without hesitation. read more

Great team. Was quick with the response and even gave us two new bulbs. A part was bad we purchased at Lowes and they replaced it with one of their own. Great customer service. Great to work with read more

Josh and his team are great to work with. They were professional and punctual. Would recommend to anyone with electric needs.

Josh and his team are very professional. They show up on time and work quickly and efficiently to get in and get out. I appreciate technicians who do not "milk" the clock. They are honorable in their pricing and in actually doing what they say they are going to do. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of electrical or solar work no matter the size of the job, big or small. Redline Electric & Solar is the company to use! read more

Josh and an assistant showed up at the exact time the appointment was scheduled. That's pretty impressive on its on. They tracked down my issue and took care of the fix in just one hour. Extremely disappointed. Solar panels are on the house but here we are 16 weeks later and we still don't have a running system. Yard was left a mess after installation. No communication. No straight forward answers. Job not done and no one is able to tell us when it will be. If I thought I could get them taken down and go with a different company I absolutely would. I am not one to complain or write a bad review but we are so disappointed and upset. Very very unhappy. read more
