Mike was very knowledgeable and made sure that everything was done correctly, to code, and that we had coordinated with APS and city inspectors so that the work was done quickly and all within 1 day. He had me go to Lowes (online) and order the replacement unit, so I wasn't paying a markup from the installer. He picked up the unit from Lowes and just charged for the install. Units with longer warranties will cost more, probable between 6 to 12 years, so you get to decide what best for you without a installer charging a big markup. I was able to was my military discount for 10 % off. Another advantage is you are the one purchasing the unit.
