This company is very misleading. I've had solar for four years and have never seen the benefit of having solar. Avoid at all costs!

Rip off sales tactics. False promises and won't take no for an answer. Find a reputable solar dealer instead

I received the design drawings, made some minor changes and approved them. Financing company sent paperwork and all good.. Got a call from the crew saying they were about 3 weeks out but that will be enough time to get all the material in.(that struck me as strange, solar company that installs is waiting 3 weeks for material ???) oh well that's fine.. 3 weeks latter got a call from the install crew stating everything is ready and would be on site Monday morning. Monday morning 8:00 am a crew of 6 showed up, and by Friday I had a 36 panel system installed,(changed from 33 panels to 36 due to replacing skylights) I was told the the 3 extra panels were not a big deal but would have to be redrawn for city approval. (An extra week or so) Ok,, this is where it starts going down hill. #1 when the equipment was ordered the company pulled a draw off of my loan so that started the interest on the loan. So for a month I have had to pay the interest on the equipment, now the job is finished and they pulled the rest of the money, now I'm paying interest on all the loan..(NOW THE DO SAY THAT THERE ARE NO PAYMENTS FOR 6 MONTHS) but they don't tell you that you are stilling paying the interest. #2 install was completed by March 1, 2024 it is now June 2 2024 Fusion has yet to call me and tell me where we are at in the process. I have taken it upon myself to call the city and find the they reviewed it but there was an error so it went back for redesign and now it will be reviewed again. The short and long of this is 1. DO NOT APPROVE/ ANY MONEY OR HAVE THE WORK EVEN STARTED UNTILL ALL (ALL) PERMITS HAVE CLEARED The workmen ship looks to be good and the products are name brand so I think whenever it is turned on I will have a good system. Fusion did say when we are finished they would refund my interest that was paid. (Waiting to finish so I will let you know latter on that part also)

You should pay me for putting up with the crazy payments to Fusion power. I am living on a fixed income do not initiate a work order. Just leave me alone please. I'll take care of the leak myself. Just stay off my property please. FEES & CANCELLATIONS: (policy update 11/18/25) Please be advised that, should the matter be determined to fall outside the coverage set forth in Section 5 ("Warranty") of the Contract--including, without limitation, issues determined to be unrelated to the original installation--a fee in the amount of $250 shall be assessed and shall become due and payable on the date of service. If a technician arrives for a scheduled visit and is turned away at the door, you will forfeit your place in the queue. Additionally, a $250 service fee will be added to your account. This fee must be paid before another technician can be dispatched to your property. This policy helps ensure our technicians' time is respected and prevents delays for other customers.

I don't want to get into too much detail, but it took 3 attempts to get my house running with security, and I needed to take my mornings off of work 3 times for them to figure out how to configure the security system. An incredible lack of communication and me being overcharged led me to write this review. Now, the techs that came over were very nice, and I've been content with ADT's customer service, but it shouldn't have taken 3 times to configure everything. Now I need a tech to come over a 4th time, because my backdoor camera has been malfunctioning since the day of installation. I tried to troubleshoot it myself, but alas, no luck. Good times.

If this is how they treat potential employees, the actual service would be non existent in my mind.

We called several companies in the valley including Red Line. Gavin with Red Line stopped by and discussed options with us. He was professional and was able to answer all our questions. He was more than willing to accommodate some unusual requests by me. The price quoted was well within our budget and more than fair. Other companies were almost double in price. Fast forward 11 months, Generac generators are on back order, we received our generator. Gavin was quick to get us on the schedule. Gavin and John came out the day before to coordinate the install. With a plan in place they got to work. Everyday I received updates via text and email. John or Ron were on time everyday and worked diligently to get this done quick. Both Ron and John proved to be true professionals in the trade. They communicated throughout the entire project with my wife to minimize down time and impact which allowed her to work from home with zero hiccups. They were both polite when they spoke with her. The site was cleaned up daily. The install, commission and test are complete and I couldn't be happier. Start to finish they hit all the marks. Thank you Red Line you have given me piece of mind knowing that no matter what I'll be up and running. Please extend our gratitude to Gavin, John and Ron for a job well done.

Unfortunately, that's not how they performed. I discovered they were overpriced, added 3k to the bill for replacement parts (wire and plastic connecters) and said when they were done, all was working well. According to SRP, it wasn't. No power being produced and the inverter needed to be replaced at $4500 more. Had it done by a reputable company for $2485.00. Stay far away for this company.
