From the first phone conversation with J. Lynne, I knew I had finally found the company capable of fixing what more than a few others couldn't. She listened to my description of the problem, she promised to call back after determining who would be able to inspect the roof and even gave a ballpark of when the repairs could be made. At every step, there was clear communication with a person who was interested in seeing things made right. For this alone, J. Lynne deserves a raise for providing excellent customer service! Within moments of stepping on the roof, the inspector identified at least two potential sources of the leak. One I was aware of. One I wasn't. Neither were identified by the competition. TM Building Damage Restoration documented the conditions with photos and promptly prepared a proposal for repairs. Since it was near the start of the monsoon season, there was a slight delay in getting started with the repairs. This is obviously prime season for roofers, and TM's hands were full with other projects. It was absolutely unnecessary (and completely surprising) to receive apologies from J. Lynne about the delays due to the weather. We were still very satisfied with the methodical progress being made. When the work was done, I was beyond impressed. We initially planned to repair it ourselves by gluing it back down. However, upon closer inspection (and a couple of youtube videos later), we realized it was beyond our current skill level. I called Francis and he was immediately responsive. He came out the next day and provided a quote. He arrived on time and suggested solutions to make up for the lack of replacement flooring. Wed decided to move forward with his suggestion to remove the laminate flooring and replace that section of the hallway with tile. Francis sent us pictures of the tile the same day and booked us for the repairs within two days. Jesus came to complete the repairs. He was on time and did an excellent job with the repairs. Jesus and Francis went above and beyond. First, Jesus left our home cleaner than he found it. They did additional demolition (there was a surprise under the flooring-- more flooring!) and even filled in some gaps in our floor in other areas of the house for the cost of materials only.
