From bouncing ideas to completing the project, they continue to impress! Their job quality, timeliness, punctuality, and care for each part of the project shown through! Our old porch was starting to warp and buckle so this makeover was both functional and aesthetic! The pavers extend the use of the back porch and the K pattern colors make it interesting! The bordered turf adds softeness and color! They also built the shed and secured it on a concrete pad they poured! Additional items they worked on were irrigation and lighting. They do it all! We highly recommend them!

He provided a quote, we signed the contract, and by the end of the day, his crew had our driveway edged, filled, and graded. Leonard worked around my schedule and completed the job the next available day. They chip sealed the entire driveway to include a pull-out for one of our vehicles and it looks great! They brought the driveway grade to meet the garage and sidewalk for seamless transitions. Doug, Chip, and the rest of the crew were professional, amenable to our needs, and a real pleasure to work with!

When we decided to remodel our current home, which was a much larger project, we knew we wanted to get an estimate from Johnnie at BP. We ultimately went with them and are glad we did. Jillian coordinated purchases for our project, and Jesse was our project manager. Walls, ceilings, electric, plumbing, and doors moved. Tile was replaced, new cabinets and lighting installed. The work was again completed on time and within approved budget. We really are pleased with how our house looks and how functional it is, and we've recommended BP Remodeling to friends. One is in the midst of their project now. We hope we are done with remodeling homes, but we would not hesitate to use BP again based on our experience.

I had already been up on the roof, but did not observe the damages found by both Kino Roofing as well as the Nationwide Insurance adjuster. Between the two professionals, they determined the date the storm that had done the damages was from a year and a half earlier. The insurance adjuster concurred and the roof was replaced. We couldn't be happier with Kino Roofing, the owner, Samuel Infante and his crew.

(Firefly came recommended to me by the company that installed the gas fireplace years ago.) However, as the weather gets colder, I'm always afraid to start it up. So I've used them now for 2 years. This year James's son came by 1 day after I left a message. He started it up and checked it out, all for a very reasonable price. I will be calling them again next year to start my fireplace!!

The tecs even wore foot coverings when in our home. Used them again in 2025 on another property for a plumbing repair and had the same level of service. Terrible experience with these folks. We asked them to install a gas line in our kitchen and…read moreductwork for a range hood. First, they never asked how high vertically the gas line should come in, even though I was waiting around for questions. They installed it 37" above the ground. That's above counter height. They did fix it but that led to the next issue... Next, as it turned out, there was already a hole cut for the range duct, that we discovered after removing a cabinet. You'd think that would make the job easier. Instead of putting in a duct, they took a piece of sheet metal, bent it, and left it on the kitchen floor. It's not in the ceiling. They then still invoiced us for the installation and materials they didn't use. Instead of installing the duct, they put drywall over the plumbing, which was specifically not included in the estimate. (My wife informed me later). The drywall covered up that two of the studs were cut through too deep. The thinnest point of one is around an inch. I wouldn't have known if I hadn't removed the drywall myself. Who knows what would have happened if we hung cabinets there. When I complained, Ted told me the ductwork was a one hour job. So cutting a hole through the house, installing a duct, a roof jack, insulation, etc. Only takes an hour. Not credible. Also the gas line comes out four or five inches of where I drew the circle on the wall. Ugh. Now they're threatening to put a lien on the house while we're still trying to negotiate on the bill. They even billed me for cleaning supplies but used my plastic sheeting and trash bags.

I was still under warranty so I called. The guy on the phone looked up the address and said yes, I was still under warranty. I asked if he could deal with my real estate agent since I was not in Tucson anymore and it didn't seem to be a problem. However, now that I about to close on the house, my agent called them back to get status and the 1by1 guy swore at him and hung up. So, I called them myself and they guy said that they need the warranty papers and receipt since they do not have me in their system now due to a system changeover. That seems shady. When I told him that he said I was in there last time I called a couple weeks ago he said that he was just looking at the stuff my agent sent but my agent didn't even know about them the first time I called. So, I feel I have been lied to and my agent treated like garbage. I guess I will file a ROC report on them since they seem to want to get out of doing any warranty repair work. They did a nice job on the roof, I will give them that. Just don't expect anything down the road if problems arise during warranty.
