Hidden beneath layers of ancient asphalt mastic, there was no dominant level to work from-- so Gabriel drew from his knowledge and skills to craft his own. He and Carmelo then hand-ground down 3 medium-size rooms to reveal the slabs beneath, then hand-floated several layers of epoxy concrete over all. I was so amazed and happy, I told them they could call it a job. Gabriel insisted, no, they weren't done yet. However, Optimum Concrete has been one of the few subs we've worked with for our home renovation that have professional, on time, good at their craft and clean on the job site. They really are the best in town for concrete jobs. They care about their product and the owner himself shows up to the job site and works. Optimum poured a concrete wall for us, our pool dec, covered patios, custom bench and porches. They did a 5-star job and they'll be doing our driveway too. We went with a cheaper option earlier in our project and the work was subpar. They're not the cheapest in town, but they are the best.
