I already had postage on my items so all I needed to do was find the drop box next to the self-service kiosk and thankfully skip the lines, and my mission was accomplished with ease. Really the only downfall here is the parking lot, which is a bit small and confusing; the entrance and exit are both one way but look like they could be two- way and those that went in and are exiting may get caught up in traffic that is just stopping to use the curbside letter drop. I would avoid this location in the days leading up to tax day, it could get real clustery real quick!

The workers at the Saukville DMV are some of the kindest, most patient and understanding government workers I have ever met. They don't get frazzled by long lines or rude people, and take the time to answer questions to each individual. I've been here twice now and each experience has been great. Did I have a long wait? Yes. It's the DMV and I went during lunch time (news flash, people who work at the DMV also have to eat lunch), but I was treated well, and my task got completed. Highly recommend!

No problem seeing and it gets better their staff instead of laughing at me when I questioned the stability of the equipment advised me that if I was having a visual issue I could actually have my eye doctor complete my VISUAL PORTION testing for me, DR could fill out a DOT form-which is good for 30 days retention at DOT OFFICE YOU CHOOSE-then go take the rest of my testing at the DOT. The line to check in moved very quickly. The employees manning the front desk were friendly and efficient. After you check in and get your photo taken, you get a little receipt with a number on it. There are plenty of places to sit while you wait for your number to be called. The numbers are called in order of your arrival. Each time a number is called, it is displayed on two television screens on opposite ends of the waiting area. It shows which number has been called and which desk to go to. This is really great because you can easily track when and where you need to step up. I was called to desk #1 and was assisted by a woman named Becky. She was friendly and helpful. I don't have any complaints about my experience here.
