This is the worst post office I have ever gone too. Let me give you some back story. I run a business and have been sending out between 250-500 packages per day for the last month or two. I understand that is a lot so I try to make it very easy on the post office. I keep my first class together, priority together and so on. I wrap them in plastic bags so that they can easily be thrown in a hamper and transported. I actually used to go to a different post office because they were much friendlier people. Also much more helpful. Over the last few months the amount of packages I've put out everyday has increased tremendously to where it is at. Like I said about 250-500. At this point it made sense for me to start scheduling a pick-up. I understand this is a courtesy and I was actually told it would make it easier on the post office if I scheduled these. I scheduled these pick ups a day prior like you're supposed to. Sadly, out of 30 scheduled pickups, the post office only actually picked up between 5-10. They would not notify me they were not going to pick them up so I scrambled to get them to the post office before close. I wanted a plan to be in place because clearly there was miscommunication going on. The first shift manager was not helpful at all and pretty much actually blamed me for the miscommunication occurring on her watch. The second shift manager was the most helpful person during this process and I felt bad for her since I was dropping hundreds of packages off a hour before close. However, over the next few days I attempted to get this miscommunication under control. I spoke with the station manager Marcus, he was helpful at first, and then quickly became not so helpful and more so condescending. We have been doing our shipments the same way for 2 years, and sometimes the weight or measurement is off by a little bit. This causes the account to get billed for the extra postage. Not a big deal, we still pay the correct amount it just gets charged to the account. However, after a big two days and about 800 packages to the post office. Marcus decided to call me and tell me I had about 20 packages that were incorrect postage. I explained to him what to do and that it would bill my account. Unfortunately Marcus did not understand and this is when he decided to start getting a major attitude with me. He started telling me I was slowing down the post office and that he had to use "man power" to fix my mistakes. Excuse me? I try everything I can to make it as easy as possible for you. Either way, I went in paid the extra postage on the spot (like I said it normally charges my account.) I did this just to get it out of the way and to also speak face to face with Marcus. I went up to the counter explained to the clerk why I was there and asked if I could speak to Marcus if he had a free moment. She pouted her way to the back and screamed for Marcus. She was very rude as well. She stated "Does your scale work?", "Do you know how to use a scale?" Her name was Kelly. I understand her frustration because she had to fix about 20 packages so I won't blame her too much but I think she could have had better control of her emotions. I told Marcus the issues I was having and how frustrated I was. Marcus continued to tell me how my volume didn't matter, how I didn't matter and how it didn't matter if I brought my packages there or not. Let's just say an average of 1500 packages a week at 5 dollars a package is quite a bit of money to be pushing away. Marcus made sure to continue to be condescending to me for the rest of the conversation until I had enough shook his hand and told him I would take my business elsewhere. I have had nothing but issues with this post office since going here. To me it seems like they don't want to any work there. The only bright spot was the 2nd shift manager Cindy (I believe that was her name.) She attempted to be helpful. However, Kelly and Marcus pushed my business away from here. I would rather pay the increased rates that UPS or FedEx charges instead of deal with the headache from the Greenfield Post Office. read more

Typical post office. Nothing special and nothing negative about it either. I will say however that anytime I've had to stop in, the people are very friendly and helpful. Also, no matter how busy it is, I've never waited in line for more than 5 minutes before being helped. read more

I moved to a new adress then I ordered some shorts online and when I realize that they sent my orders to the wrong adress, I went to the post office to let them know that there was a mistake with the adress and asked them if they could send my package to my new adress . there's was this young lady, she was very friendly and very caring, she took my phone number and called me as soon as she got my mail. The reason I'm giving three stars is cause when I went to pick up my mail, there was this older lady with short hair and glasses and she kept telling me with an attitude, you need to call this people and change you adress so they can send your mail to the right adress, so as I'm trying to explain her that when I notice that the website got the wrong address, that it was already too late, she kept saying the same thing over and over. you need to change your adress, you need to change your address and then a older guy right next to her tells me the same thing with an attitude making me feel like an idiot Rudeness it's never ok I was very unhappy and I felt like I needed to live this review, patience is always a plus and the to younger lady thanks for being so helpful, I appreciate your patience and your professionalism at your job! read more

Old lady, who wears glasses with short hair is very ruin. Seems like she's very slow at her job and doesn't really catch things on fast. Also VERY RUDE with a I don't fucking like working here attitude. Asked her one simple question and she told me to hold on im doing this! with rude tone. I'm a very claim and nice person. So I just left. In this one month USPS has lost 2 packages of mines, thanks for thing! im going fedex. get some employees with better manners if they are working customer service! During the busy Holiday season, most people are keen on the idea of online shopping. Like many, I purchased many items this year to avoid the hustle and bustle of in store shopping. I track my packages often. I was anticipating a package to arrive at my door and when I returned home from work it was not there. I waiting two days to see if the tracking was off. Still, with no sign of the package, I got in contact with the company I purchased my product from, they informed me that the item was returned to a recovery center. I immediately contacted UPS Greenfield and the man filed a claim and told me I should expect a call from another individual within 24 hours. That I did! Boy was this man, Ronalado (supervisor) an absolute treat. He not only blamed me for the error but said he would not refund my money. I should mention a package, which was not from the company I purchased my item did arrive at my door. This did have my address however it was not my first or last name. He told me I should've opened this (federal offense) and to have made sure it wasn't the product. (remind you this was not the company I purchased my product from). If a supervisor thinks it is okay to open other people's mail he probably should reconsider his role/title and review policies. Now this was an error through the USPS company and I was treated so poorly and disrespectfully that I will make sure I have my packages shipped elsewhere so I do not have to deal with Greenfield postal services. As far as I'm concerned, Ronalado needs to have a refresher in customer service. I promise I will continue to spread the word though out the Greenfield area about this incident and continue to right reviews until my incident is resolved! read more
