The gentleman immediately advised me the better option of using post office packaging. He saved me approximately $5.00 with this. He secured my items with care in paper and asked if it was fragile. He walked me through the logistics of how easily the shipping boxes sealed and the cost of my savings. I was given my receipt and tracking number, and was sent off confident about my experience with the staff here. Quick, painless. And the serviceman made the process comfortable and informative!!

The song was inspired by Hanalei. This P.O. Is tiny, as most of the ones I have visited on this island but it serves its purpose well. Staff are friendly & conversational, fairly efficient. The P.O. boxes are showing some wear & tear--what do you expect for this type of humid & salty environment? Parking is about 6 spots including disabled access. I wanted to buy different postcard stamps but the only available ones are the sailboats, they're out of the tropical fish- that would've been perfectly ideal. DaRn. Let's hope the postcards are delivered before to the addressees before we return the mainland. (Ha! Wishful thinking)

After a few of our packages were returned/not delivered we signed up for general delivery and we ordered everything again. When I came to pick it up, they said none of that is there, they couldn't find my sign up for general delivery, even though the gentleman who did it for me was there. Conveniently, he ran to the back and never showed up again. Some items were already marked returned. When I called UPS for tracking of one of them they said it was delivered to the post office yesterday at 12:12 PM and signed by employee. Yet the post office denies having it. They seem to be very bothered when asked to check for packages at any time I've been there. I understand we are not "locals" and we are treated differently, but this is little bit too much.

I remembered that I'm just a customer and don't have to do this kind of business. I suffered so much loss from Lowell I don't have the patience for this nonsense, especially when I'm asking about a box that says it was delivered four days ago. I'm just freaking wondering, and I'm so silly I thought you were the guys to ask, for mail related things and all. But anyway in that box is my daughter's birthday gift from her family on the mainland. You cannot imagine the loss I am experiencing right now. 5 minutes before you did all that extra shit for absolutely no reason, I was crying at the airport with my husband as he is headed to the mainland today to bury our nephew and I stay back as we cannot afford to all travel. Yuck. Bless you, be well. Signed a bitch who just wants her box & was literally just asking.
