This was first done and a wall was eventually put up (we live next door). All of a sudden, the wall was taken down, and he came back, without letting anyone know, and starting jack hammering rocks with 30 mile per hour winds that were landing into my house affecting my family. I had asked him to please stop and put back the protective wall, before starting again, He laughed at me and continued doing this, even though I was video recording this conversation. He and the general contractor has no respect for the neighbors or their young children. He is all about getting his stuff done, at the cost of the health of the neighbors.
